I wanted to share a deeply frustrating experience I had with this medical center. As a care worker temporarily registered with this GP, I underwent kidney tests and was diagnosed with a persistent urinary tract infection that wasn't responding to antibiotics. I had been eagerly awaiting an appointment to understand the underlying cause. However, the center's director abruptly canceled my long-awaited consultation, claiming I was not eligible for medical attention. Her reasons were twofold: first, she labeled me as "problematic" with numerous health issues who had allegedly bothered her excessively, and second, because I wasn't permanently registered—something I cannot do due to the uncertain nature of my work in this area. Now I find myself sick and without medical support, forced to seek care elsewhere and potentially facing further health complications. The most disheartening part is that the staff member who canceled my appointment shows complete indifference to my situation, despite the fact that I work in healthcare dedicated to helping others.
