Terrible service and endless waiting at this surgery

Every single call to this medical practice results in the same frustrating scenario: "Sorry, we're completely booked for the day". It's baffling how a surgery can be fully scheduled even early in the morning, especially after patients have been holding on the phone for nearly an hour, and their call response time is incredibly slow. The whole situation is absolutely absurd. To make matters worse, they're advising patients with urgent medical needs to contact 111 to potentially secure an appointment with the surgery. The entire process is utterly ridiculous and completely unacceptable!

My partner has been attempting to secure a medical appointment for three consecutive days, consistently being told to retry the following day. The likelihood of getting an appointment seems as remote as winning the lottery! I'm seriously considering advising my partner to seek alternative healthcare providers. I recognize medical facilities are experiencing challenges. However, after my blood test, I was instructed to phone back a week later. Upon doing so, I endured a 45-minute wait in the queue, despite making two callback requests that went unanswered. Eventually, I selected an alternative option that connected me to a receptionist who revealed the automated system had been malfunctioning for days. I requested my test results, but she struggled to comprehend them. With no doctors or nurses available, she advised me to call back in a week, leaving me anxious about potential health implications. The entire experience was utterly frustrating.

Nightmare healthcare with zero patient support

This has been the most abysmal healthcare experience of my entire life. I've been with this general practice for three years, and I've never even met my assigned physician. Booking an appointment is practically impossible. Today, I tried scheduling a routine blood test that I haven't had in three years, and the receptionist claimed it needed doctor approval. When I explained I was calling specifically to book an appointment to discuss this with my doctor, she informed me no appointments were available. In three whole years, not a single appointment slot has been open???????!! What on earth is happening here????? This is utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone against registering with this practice - it's been a complete letdown, and I should have switched general practitioners years ago.

This medical practice is absolutely dreadful. Despite calling promptly, securing an appointment seems impossible. The front desk personnel are incredibly discourteous. Terrible gp practice with impossible appointment booking

As a newcomer to the area, I reluctantly chose this general practice and registered myself and my family. To my frustration, booking an appointment has been an impossible task. Each time I'm instructed to call at 8:45 am, the phone line is perpetually engaged, leaving me completely stuck. The level of service is absolutely abysmal, and I'm giving them one final chance before lodging a formal complaint and transferring to another medical practice. Had I taken the time to read previous reviews beforehand, I would have definitely steered clear of this place.
