What a brilliant surgery. It's very easy to get an appointment, the triage service works extremely well. The clinical staff are fantastic, genuinely caring about their patients and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you receive the right treatment. They are a great asset to the practice.

Dispensary delays and unhelpful phone manner

The pharmacy service has been disappointing. There have been issues with processing times and instances where incorrect medications were provided. When requesting repeat prescriptions, there have been delays in processing, and interactions with staff over the phone have felt unhelpful, with calls being ended abruptly.
