Awful care after surgery with no nurse
This GP practice is absolutely terrible, forcing me to give a rock-bottom 1-star rating just to express my frustration. The front desk staff are completely unhelpful and incompetent. After my surgery, I require daily dressing changes, yet they schedule an appointment two weeks out - how ridiculous! When I became distressed and emotional, seeking additional support, their callous response was simply that "no nurses are available, they're on vacation." What kind of medical practice leaves all their nursing staff on leave simultaneously, abandoning patients without care? Their suggestion to visit A&E to change my dressing is absurd, especially considering I can barely sit and would face a grueling 2-3 hour wait. Anyone wanting to avoid total medical disappointment should steer clear of this GP. I'm definitely switching practices immediately.

I once held this GP, Dr. Karthi, in high regard, but now I cannot find a single positive aspect. Phone calls invariably result in excruciating wait times, and if the notoriously discourteous receptionist answers, you've essentially squandered your efforts. They behave like self-appointed medical gatekeepers, presuming to dictate whether you require a physician's consultation, despite possessing no medical credentials. Their standard response is always a two-week wait to see a doctor. Their communication is abysmal - they neither listen nor comprehend, displaying a shocking lack of basic interpersonal skills. I have accumulated numerous frustrating encounters that would be overwhelming to detail. At this point, I am actively exploring alternative medical practices, as I can no longer tolerate dealing with this surgery. It appears they have deliberately crafted a system designed to systematically dismantle what was previously an exceptional medical practice.

Whenever my children have health issues, there are consistently no available consultation slots, and I feel terrible for those urgently needing immediate medical attention. Their telephone service is completely useless, as they never pick up when you're trying to schedule an appointment. I'm completely baffled by their approach. I reached out to schedule a blood test and was given an appointment eight days in the future. Upon arriving 10 minutes early, I ended up waiting for a full hour, only to be informed within two minutes that they do not perform blood tests. I'm willing to pay for the test, but what frustrates me is the unnecessary time wasted and work missed when they could have easily communicated their limitations over the phone. This demonstrates a clear lack of proper staff training. To further illustrate their incompetence, during every appointment for a complaint, the staff simply read potential causes directly from their computer screen.

Long wait while battling cancer treatment
I'm currently undergoing cancer treatment and using crutches, and I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance. I arrived and checked in at 11:10, but by 12:10, I was still waiting despite my original appointment time being 11:20. Numerous patients who came after me and had later scheduled appointments were seen before me. Eventually, I couldn't tolerate the prolonged wait any longer and departed the medical facility by 12:15. The experience was incredibly exasperating and disheartening. This has been a consistent pattern - they are perpetually behind schedule and never manage to see patients at their designated times.

As a pregnant patient who underwent complete thyroid removal, I require daily medication for survival, yet they callously neglected to provide my essential prescriptions and iron supplements. Infected wound after appendix surgery
This medical practice is an absolute disaster that deserves to be closed down. After undergoing keyhole appendix surgery, I was instructed to follow up with my GP within two weeks. I endured a 90-minute wait just to reach a hostile and unhelpful receptionist. When I expressed concerns about a potentially infected wound, she coldly informed me that only a nurse would be available for the next fortnight. The following day, I saw the nurse and explained my belly button wound was continuously bleeding and discharging pus, but she casually dismissed my worries as "normal". She briefly cleaned the wound and told me no further action was needed. On the 12th, I awoke with unbearable pain and could actually see my exposed stitches. I called the next morning, waited 50 minutes while being the first caller, only to be told to schedule an appointment for two days later. When I asked about seeing a doctor regarding the potential infection, the receptionist curtly stated I'd have to wait two weeks - then abruptly hung up. Ultimately, I went to Barnet Hospital, where doctors confirmed a serious, days-old infection and were shocked I'd been repeatedly turned away. They emphasized I should have been prescribed antibiotics immediately. This GP practice is dangerously negligent. They demonstrate complete indifference to patient welfare and have consistently provided appalling, potentially harmful medical "care". I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this clinic.
