Decided to contact the practice by way of their e-consult system. Sent my initial request between 11.30-12.00 and received a phone call asking me if l could come in at 3.30 to see a doctor about my issue. Seen on time, a prescription was sent to my pharmacy, and a referral made to Chase Farm as a precautionary measure. My medication was waiting for me when l arrived at my pharmacy @ 4.00pm. I received excellent service from the NHS the whole process taking under 5 hours.

Wasted 25 minutes for zero help
I simply wanted to consult with the doctor via phone regarding a minor issue for my daughter, seeking a potential prescription for a cream or eye drops without requiring an in-person visit. Instead, I was left waiting in the queue for a quarter of an hour, only to be informed that no appointments were available and no medical professional could assist me. This is absolutely the most abysmal service imaginable. If you're unable to adequately manage your patient load, you shouldn't be accepting so many patients.

Terrible care and gaslighting at this surgery
The medical treatment I've experienced from this practice is utterly unacceptable. I was discharged from the hospital after my health insurance expired, and they have since refused to communicate with either my consultant or myself. Their administrative staff and even one of the doctors have sent multiple gaslighting emails and messages. They have repeatedly declined to prescribe Sertraline, incorrectly insisting on a shared care plan. Moreover, they have dismissed my ADHD diagnosis from a leading consultant, demanding I obtain a new diagnosis through the NHS - a process that can take up to two years - which would prevent me from accessing my medication. Despite already being prescribed this treatment, I've received no support from the GP, resulting in unexpected medication interruptions with zero explanation. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this surgery, as they demonstrate complete incompetence at every organizational level and demonstrate a total lack of professional compassion or understanding. They are, without doubt, a professional embarrassment.

Getting an appointment at this medical practice is an absolute nightmare. I wasted countless hours on hold, struggling to connect with anyone. After two days of persistent calling, I finally reached a receptionist, only to discover the entire ordeal was futile. I had brought my sister in for her scheduled visit, but they claimed no appointment was ever booked. The reception staff are completely useless and demonstrate utter incompetence in managing basic administrative tasks.

Frustrating phone call with unhelpful receptionist
Typically, my interactions with this place have been satisfactory. However, today, after enduring a lengthy phone wait, the receptionist seemed to have difficulty hearing me. As I attempted to respond to her inquiries, she dismissively muttered "omg this people". I emphasized, and I believe she understood, that the poor connection was not my fault and that I was making a genuine effort to answer. She repeatedly asked the same questions, as if I hadn't spoken at all. Ultimately, she scheduled an appointment for me. Nevertheless, I'm genuinely disheartened by the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I received.

Phone wait times are ridiculous now
The wait times to schedule an appointment are absolutely ridiculous, often requiring 30-40 minutes on hold, and appointments are typically pushed out 2-3 weeks in advance!!!!! During my most recent visit, I observed multiple phone lines ringing continuously with no staff responding!!!!! This practice used to be exceptional. Endless wait for doctor with sick kids
Getting in touch with them is an absolute ordeal, taking more than an hour, and securing a doctor's appointment seems impossible, even for small children. They simply redirect you to a day clinic and show complete indifference. Most of their physicians are working remotely, which is entirely unacceptable. There's absolutely nothing redeeming or praiseworthy about this healthcare provider.

I was truly amazed by this medical practice. Submitted an online consultation request for my daughter at 8am, and received a call from the receptionist by 9am scheduling a same-day appointment. The doctor who saw us was incredibly meticulous and compassionate. Having been patients here for the past two years, we've been consistently pleased with their service. While the physical facility might appear a bit dated, the staff are outstanding, particularly considering the immense challenges currently facing the National Health Service.

Missed cancer diagnosis nearly cost mum's life
Since sharing my previous post, my mother tragically died due to this GP's careless medical oversight. I am utterly appalled by this medical practice! My mother experienced severe bleeding since August 21, accompanied by significant weight loss and complete loss of appetite. Dr. Kathy's sole response was collecting a urine sample, declaring it an infection, and prescribing antibiotics. For eight consecutive weeks, she continued prescribing identical antibiotics until I personally intervened and brought my mother to UCLH at Euston road. There, medical professionals conducted comprehensive examinations and referred us to UCL Westmoreland Street's urology department. Following thorough testing, she was ultimately diagnosed with bladder cancer. This doctor's negligence is inexcusable, and I'm immensely relieved I acted swiftly, enabling my mother to commence chemotherapy and potentially recover. I emphatically warn others: ABSOLUTELY AVOID REGISTERING WITH THIS GP PRACTICE!

Sultana dismissed my joint pain completely
This general practice clinic is utterly deplorable. I attended an appointment today with Dr. Sultana and explained my medical issue involving joint discomfort and noticeable friction between my joints. Her response was entirely dismissive, stating she could only recommend X-rays (which are solely useful for bone fractures). When I requested an MRI scan, she casually suggested paracetamol, treating my serious condition as if it were a mere headache. The entire experience was completely unacceptable and a total disaster.

Waiting periods extend to a minimum of two weeks, unexpected cancellations occur without notification, and patients frequently endure hour-long phone waits starting at 8am, often to be informed that no appointments remain. Additionally, patient confidentiality has been compromised through instances of receiving text messages containing another individual's medical results.
