Pharmacy staff undermined by one unhelpful interaction
The medical professionals and team members are typically very pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, this positive experience was diminished by an interaction with someone at the pharmacy counter. I felt criticised regarding a prescription collection matter, despite this person having no knowledge of my personal situation. Balancing full-time employment with caring responsibilities and managing several prescriptions is demanding, and this encounter left me feeling upset. It was particularly disappointing given that the practice promotes an anti-bullying stance, yet I felt I had to endure this negative interaction.

Reception team made booking appointments straightforward
I want to leave a very positive review for this surgery because the care and service I receive really mean a lot to me. The practice is modern, clean, and welcoming. There is free onsite car parking, including disabled parking, and I have never had any trouble finding a space. The onsite pharmacy is also very helpful and can make things much easier. The reception team are fantastic. They are always friendly, supportive, and quick to help. Making appointments has never been a problem. I'm sorry I can't name everyone, but they all deserve recognition for the great work they do. I would like to give a public thank you to the clinical and support staff members I have encountered. They are all incredibly supportive, caring, and professional. They listen, they understand, and they make you feel valued as a patient. The service they provide is so important to me and is truly appreciated. I can't do much to show how grateful I am, but the least I can do is leave a glowing and positive review. I highly recommend this surgery and thank the whole team for everything they do.

Vaccination clinic ran smoothly and efficiently
I attended a vaccination clinic at the practice on a recent Sunday for Covid and flu immunisations. I wanted to commend the team at Glebe House for running an excellent session - the appointment itself was far quicker than the time it took me to find parking and leave the car park. Long wait times despite urgent need
I had a poor experience when I brought my family member to their appointment. The appointment was scheduled for mid-morning, but we were still waiting well past the scheduled time. My relative was quite unwell, which made the delay particularly frustrating.

one year agoI'm sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience. Occasionally our clinical team run late due to reasons out of our control. It is recommended that if you have been waiting for 20 minutes or longer you check with the reception team to see how long the delay is likely to be. If a patient is too unwell to wait to be seen routinely it is advisable that they are taken to the nearest A&E to receive urgent treatment.

We relocated to the area approximately nine months ago and joined this local practice. I have consistently found their service to be of a high standard whenever I have required their assistance. Both clinical and administrative team members have demonstrated efficiency, professionalism and a welcoming approach, and the accessibility of appointment availability has been excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout
Relocated to the area approximately a year ago and transferred my care to this practice. I had come across some comments suggesting the team might be unwelcoming, but this did not align with what I experienced. Both the reception staff and clinical team were excellent, whether I was visiting in person or calling ahead. While attending medical appointments is rarely enjoyable, I felt the entire team performed their roles very well.
