Excellent experience at this practice - the reception team are wonderful, consistently helpful both face-to-face and when calling in. The nursing staff are fantastic and made me feel reassured and at ease. I find medical procedures quite anxiety-inducing, but I felt confident and well-supported throughout. The clinician I saw was also excellent - they listened carefully to my concerns and gave me plenty of time without making me feel hurried. This is the best practice I've attended in London!

I've recently registered with the surgery and the whole experience has been considerably better than most other GP practices I've attended. I was able to secure an appointment without difficulty. The reception and administrative staff are always approachable and easy to communicate with, and I recently had a very helpful call from a member of the clinical pharmacy team who provided excellent guidance and clear information. Even the staff member who conducted my blood tests was pleasant and welcoming, and it's genuinely reassuring to know that there are still GP surgeries that manage to deliver such high-quality care despite the significant challenges they face.

Phone lines are quick and prescriptions handled well

I consider myself fortunate to be a patient at this surgery. The standard of care provided, both at the front desk and by the clinical team, appears to be notably higher than some of the negative experiences I've heard colleagues mention regarding their own NHS GP practices. Getting through to someone by telephone is consistently straightforward, and in-person consultations can typically be arranged without difficulty. I've recently encountered challenges with obtaining repeat medications due to availability issues in the supply chain. This has required several adjustments to my prescriptions as different medication options have become available or unavailable, and the reception team have responded promptly and helpfully each time I've needed a prescription reissued. I'm particularly grateful to the member of the reception staff who assisted me throughout this process. Thank you very much!

Although the appointment resulted in a visit to accident and emergency, the process was made smoother by the clinician who organised for me to have an imaging scan prior to arriving at the hospital, resulting in a quicker visit.
