After reviewing other feedback, I feel compelled to acknowledge that interacting with patients is undoubtedly challenging, and working at the reception desk requires significant resilience. Nevertheless, a warm smile, genuine kindness, and abundant patience are absolutely critical. Some staff members handle these demands more skillfully than others. Consequently, the experience can occasionally feel inconsistent. However, I can emphatically and without reservation endorse this medical practice. From the moment I step into the clinic until I walk out, everything feels smooth and welcoming. During my recent consultation, the on-call physician was incredibly understanding and attentive. Despite my nervousness and potentially rambling explanation, he made me feel completely at ease. He genuinely listened to my concerns and showed real empathy. Update: the response perfectly exemplifies my earlier point. Any genuine interest in addressing my concerns was clearly absent. The complaint was met with outright dismissal. Notably, names aren't concealed - faces sometimes are - and my identity is fully transparent, so I'm certainly not the one hiding. My medical records are available, showing my actual middle name, which is genuine. I was initially prepared to let matters rest with this cautionary note for others. Now, I'm escalating the issue and am willing to engage in mediation through the Care Quality Commission. Apart from a few exceptional individuals - Dr Henin and Mr Thang are truly compassionate professionals - I cannot endorse this practice whatsoever. The practice's capabilities are completely overshadowed by Dr Fard's overwhelming ego, and any complaints are treated as personal affronts rather than legitimate feedback. There's a complete absence of meaningful listening, ensuring no meaningful improvements will occur. This environment is particularly hazardous for neurodivergent individuals and other vulnerable populations.

The front desk personnel are so discourteous and unpleasant that I'm seriously contemplating switching healthcare providers. The two female staff members on duty today were essentially mocking and dismissive towards me. This isn't an isolated incident, as I consistently feel anxious about any interaction with them due to their consistently terrible demeanor. These employees are working with patients who are sick and potentially vulnerable, and their approach is completely inappropriate. It's truly disappointing because the medical practitioners at this practice are exceptional. Unfortunately, the receptionists create a terrible first impression and significantly undermine the quality of care provided by the doctors.

Their consistently discourteous behavior has frequently deterred me from pursuing medical attention. In a position that requires handling delicate health and personal matters, a more compassionate and courteous approach is crucial. Although I originally selected this general practice for its proximity, multiple unsatisfactory encounters with the reception staff have prompted me to explore alternative healthcare providers for both myself and my child.
