Patient Experience Summary

Patient feedback reveals a practice with significant operational challenges that substantially impact access and experience. Appointment booking remains a persistent frustration, with patients reporting difficulty reaching the practice by phone, limited availability, and lengthy waits for consultations. Reception experience is inconsistent, with some patients praising staff warmth and helpfulness while others describe discourteous interactions and poor responsiveness. Phone access problems are particularly acute, with multiple reports of unanswered calls and voicemail systems that fail to function reliably.

When patients do access clinical care, medical attention is often described as thorough and compassionate, with nursing staff and some practitioners receiving specific praise for their attentiveness and supportive approach. However, this positive clinical experience is undermined by broader service issues including poor cleanliness standards in waiting areas, extended waiting times despite scheduled appointments, and concerns about staff coordination and continuity of care. Several patients note a perceived decline in service quality following staff changes.

The practice offers accessible facilities including on-site services, parking, and a pharmacy, alongside early morning emergency appointments. Despite these structural advantages, the combination of booking difficulties, phone access problems, and inconsistent reception courtesy creates a significant barrier to care that many patients find unacceptable.

Bad!

Unhygienic clinic with terrible waiting times

Stopped by the medical practice, and the waiting area reeked of stale urine - definitely not the hygienic environment you'd anticipate in a healthcare setting. My scheduled appointment was for 10:50am, yet I wasn't called in until 11:10am. If I had been the one running late, I'm certain I would have been reprimanded. The quality of this practice has seriously deteriorated. I'm seriously considering finding a new healthcare provider - they urgently need to have a serious conversation with their cleaning staff about maintaining proper standards!

Bad!

Worst medical experience ever terrible service

Absolute zero rating deserved... signed up and immediately dropped after a single visit! Discourteous employees and an equally disrespectful doctor! They restrict you to a mere 10-minute consultation for your health concerns, and if you dare to exceed that brief window, they dismissively tell you to return another day. Adding insult to injury, they even count your waiting time as part of those precious 10 minutes.

Bad!

Frustrating communication and unhelpful service

Currently, I must express that this has been an incredibly frustrating ordeal. We haven't yet participated in any programs at the center, so I can't provide insight into those. However, the process of securing and continuing my daughter's speech therapy sessions after our relocation has been nothing short of a nightmare and extremely stressful. While we recognize the financial constraints and staffing challenges, I still haven't managed to have a direct conversation with an actual staff member. The constant cycle of leaving messages and contact details is exhausting. They've attempted to call me, but the calls disconnect after a few rings, leaving no voicemail. I'm left merely guessing it's them based on a quick internet search. It's possible that their in-person service might be more effective, but at present, the inability to simply speak with someone directly is incredibly disheartening.

Amazing healthcare experience with caring professionals

The reception team was outstanding, consistently demonstrating friendliness and a helpful attitude. The physician I consulted with today, a recently joined female doctor, was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and supportive. I departed the medical facility feeling completely satisfied and uplifted.

Exceptional care from a fantastic medical team

Dr. Nasaruddin and Daniel demonstrate exceptional compassion. The receptionists, Dami and Diane, are incredibly warm and welcoming. Dr. Loomba is fortunate to have such an outstanding staff. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding service.
