The front desk team radiates warmth, whether communicating via telephone or in direct interactions, while the nursing staff are genuinely compassionate. During face-to-face consultations, staff have diligently worn protective masks, and protective screens have been installed at the dispensary and reception areas, which consistently made me feel secure and well-protected.

Inconsistent mask policies endanger patient safety

Why aren't healthcare workers required to mask up when patients must? I just picked up my prescription, and not a single staff member was wearing a face covering. In my local hospital and other medical facilities, all staff are expected to wear masks when interacting with or near patients. This applies to surgical settings as well. It's a terrible precedent and demonstrates a complete lack of responsible infection control practices.

After switching from the Church Lane surgery, I had low expectations, but this practice has exceeded them entirely. The front desk team is incredibly supportive and goes above and beyond to assist patients. Waiting times for same-day appointments are minimal, typically around 10 minutes, and the medical staff - both doctors and nurses - demonstrate genuine compassion and expertise. An added convenience is the option to visit the Waltham location if Notley has no availability for those who can drive. Heartfelt appreciation and top marks to the entire team!

Incompetent clinic wastes patients time and energy

Absolutely appalling service from this medical practice. Unable to provide a specific appointment time before their 6:30 PM closing, I called ahead to verify my booking details, which the receptionist confirmed. I arrived, checked in, and was directed to wait. Despite sitting for over an hour, I was completely disregarded by the staff, who began preparing to leave for the day. Not a single employee bothered to acknowledge me until I approached the receptionist, who then claimed my appointment was actually scheduled for a different day. This is unbelievable! After I had double-checked my details and signed in upon arrival, how could they not even verify that they'd given me the correct date? The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is truly shocking.
