Very efficient practice

Phoned 08.00 on Friday for appointment was third in queue. Appt made for 14.20 same day and saw Dr Horokova who showed interested and was thorough. Blood taken for test and told result would be back Monday. Around noon on Saturday (less than 24hours from appointment) email with test result received from Addenbrookes Cambridge. An issue was found and I received a telephone call and consultation again today (Tuesday) with Dr Horokova and a further appointment made with practice. I cannot praise this practice - and Dr Horokova - enough. Seemingly Addenbrookes is working in tandem with this practice as well. Well done to all concerned!

Staff made us feel genuinely supported and listened to

Excellent experience at this surgery. My family and I were patients here for eight years and found it to be an outstanding practice. The team demonstrated a genuine commitment to finding solutions and provided exceptional care throughout our time there. We were particularly impressed by one of the clinical staff members, whose expertise and approach we valued highly, though we understand appointment availability can be limited. We would have continued as patients if our circumstances had allowed us to remain in the area. We are grateful to all the staff members for the care and assistance they provided during our time with the practice.

Long-term patients asked to leave the practice

The practice appears to have shown a lack of consideration toward long-term patients. After many decades of attendance, some established patients have reportedly been asked to leave in order to accommodate new registrations. This approach raises concerns about the level of care and commitment demonstrated toward those with a lengthy history at the surgery.

When needed, we have usually been able to secure appointments within a few days or occasionally on the same day for more pressing concerns. The team members have consistently demonstrated friendliness and professionalism in their interactions.
