I made multiple follow-up calls, yet received no acknowledgment despite being unwell. Absolutely avoid this clinic at all costs. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Attempting to schedule a direct consultation with Dr Mahmood is practically impossible, as you'll inevitably be redirected to a pharmacist seeking to assist you. Dr Mahmood consistently rushes off to Triage for additional income, leaving the clinic operational until 6:30 PM without a single general practitioner present. You might as well simply visit the pharmacy and discuss your medical concerns directly with their staff. Steer clear of this practice unless you're content with consulting a pharmacist or being completely disregarded by Dr Mahmood (at a premium price) Additionally, Rabiya the receptionist displays an exceptionally unpleasant demeanor

Incompetent pharmacy staff fail critical medication delivery

Every single time my father receives new prescriptions from the medical facility, this team consistently postpones medication authorization when he's down to his final day's supply. Following a week of repeated phone calls, I end up collecting only half the prescribed medications, with the other three still unsigned! It's a basic administrative task, yet they're preoccupied chatting and scrolling on their phones!! You can easily understand why people become frustrated with receptionists. Their behavior is completely understandable.

Greenfield Medical Centre offers absolutely abysmal healthcare services. The reception staff are completely clueless and unhelpful. Getting an appointment is nearly impossible, and when you do manage to see someone, it's always a trainee doctor. They constantly advise purchasing over-the-counter medications instead of providing proper medical care. It seems like there are no actual qualified doctors at this facility - just trainees and incompetent receptionists. Whenever I call, they claim to be fully booked, leaving patients with no options. I'm exhausted from having to buy my own medicines every single time I'm unwell, which forces me to seek treatment at the hospital instead. The service is utterly deplorable, with both the reception and medical staff displaying a shocking lack of professionalism. The receptionists are particularly awful, treating patients disrespectfully and using insulting language. They clearly lack any genuine experience or understanding of basic customer service in a medical setting.

Terrible service and endless waiting for gp appointment

Completely Useless Service, I attempted to schedule a face-to-face appointment with my GP four days ago, and the receptionist claimed no slots were available, only offering a phone consultation for the next day. I'm still waiting after three days without receiving a call. This morning, I woke up early at 8 AM, knowing appointments fill up quickly. I started as caller number 13 in the queue and spent an excruciating 78 minutes crawling to caller number 8, only to be abruptly disconnected. The phone staff are incredibly unprofessional, displaying dishonesty and a complete lack of customer service. Moreover, the doctors are rarely present, meaning patients are more likely to be assessed by a pharmacist who simply reads treatment recommendations from the NHS website and Google, rather than providing personalized medical care.

Terrible healthcare that left me feeling completely abandoned

Completely useless medical practice. I've been a patient here my entire life, and it has deteriorated dramatically. They consistently ignore health concerns, and when I reached out about my medical issues, they promised to return my call but never did, despite repeated attempts throughout the week. It's absolutely appalling how they can dismiss serious health problems and claim everything is technically fine. This approach is precisely why patients continue to suffer and their health declines. When I sought help for my mental health, a pharmacist provided absolutely no meaningful guidance and simply prescribed medication. As a healthcare professional myself, I found this to be the most inadequate support imaginable. This general practice is not just ineffective, but potentially dangerous. They should be shut down immediately.

Terrible service and unprofessional medical care

This general practice is utterly unacceptable, and I'm baffled why patients continue to seek treatment here. It's infuriating how we're constantly redirected to pharmacists or staff members who seem clueless, openly googling medical terms right in front of patients - at this point, I might as well diagnose myself. The reception staff are dismissive and patronizing, while the doctors appear completely disinterested, making it virtually impossible to secure an appointment. They've drawn multiple blood samples from my mother, yet when we inquire about results, they deflect and discuss irrelevant matters, completely avoiding the purpose of the tests. The practice's quality has dramatically declined since Dr. Shah's departure. I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I advise against choosing this medical center!

Terrible phone service at local medical practice

I called the medical practice and was left on hold for more than 90 minutes. The call dropped, forcing me to restart the entire waiting process! It's completely unacceptable, and to make matters even more frustrating, when you actually manage to speak with a staff member, they rush you through the conversation in barely two minutes, clearly eager to end the call as quickly as possible.

Even with a comprehensive medical background highlighting a recurring condition, they dismiss concerns based on age, suggesting a discriminatory approach that fails to recognize that health issues can affect individuals at any stage of life. Despite compiling and presenting a detailed medical history that demonstrates numerous hospital visits, ambulance calls, and past admissions, the doctors remain indifferent. Instead of conducting thorough investigations or exploring potential underlying causes, they seem content to prescribe painkillers and other medications before quickly discharging patients, effectively brushing off legitimate health concerns.
