Convenient medical care with great parking accessibility

I've been receiving care at this medical facility for around 4-5 months, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with their surgical services. Scheduling appointments has always been convenient, and I consistently interact with competent medical professionals, including physicians and pharmacists. The recently constructed parking area is a significant improvement, particularly beneficial for my elderly parents. Previously, we used to park in the Havelock area, which was challenging for my mother, who suffers from arthritis. The new parking facility has made access much simpler and more comfortable for her.

Whenever I've had an appointment, he has consistently gone above and beyond to address my medical concerns. Scheduling appointments is incredibly convenient, even during urgent situations, and the receptionists are consistently supportive and accommodating. One receptionist, Rabia, stands out as an exceptionally compassionate and helpful individual. Her warm smile and genuine desire to assist never fail to lift my spirits. The administrative staff, including the secretary, are equally professional and efficient. When I recently required a letter, it was promptly prepared without any unnecessary delays. I wholeheartedly recommend this medical practice. The clinicians and staff are truly outstanding, providing exceptional care and support that makes patients feel valued and well-cared for. 👏🙂☺️

Terrible medical care and frustrating patient experience

The medical services here are subpar, and no one seems satisfied. I've decided to switch to a different clinic due to the poor treatment. I strongly advise against visiting this place. Recently, when I called in the morning, they claimed to be fully booked, which was confusing. If they're completely full, where are patients supposed to go? I've brought my son here three times, and each visit, the doctor simply says everything is fine without providing any meaningful assistance. There seems to be some consistent issues with the staff, who appear to be of Asian descent.

Terrible medical care and unprofessional staff nightmare

Absolute worst general practice clinic I've ever encountered. Previously, when Dr. Shah was practicing, the care was exceptional. However, the current staff is terrible. Dr. Mahmood dismissed my mental health concerns, claiming they were solely due to iron deficiency - which makes no sense. Despite multiple return visits, they've consistently failed to provide any meaningful assistance, always finding a way to rush me out. The reception staff are equally unprofessional - either young employees who seem more interested in socializing than working, or they prioritize personal conversations over assisting patients, leaving you standing and waiting while they finish chatting about unrelated matters.

Terrible medical practice with endless scheduling nightmares

I'm utterly frustrated with this medical practice's continuous series of incompetent interactions! Went in for a blood test where the initial staff member couldn't even draw blood, so they rescheduled me with a practice nurse. After four weeks of hearing nothing, I proactively called to confirm everything was okay. To my shock, the receptionist cryptically hinted at an unspecified problem, refusing to elaborate without an appointment. I was then given a telephone consultation scheduled for 4pm, but no call came until 4:22pm - when I was abruptly told the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow. Apparently, the healthcare assistant had an emergency, but why wasn't I informed earlier in the day instead of 22 minutes past my original time? The proposed replacement slot is ridiculously vague, spanning from 9 to 12, which is completely impractical for someone with work commitments! I've previously attempted to raise concerns with the practice manager, but he's seemingly unavailable, working remotely. I'm now seriously considering escalating this to PALS or the CQC. One can only hope none of us have any serious medical issues in the meantime, given their shocking level of disorganization!
