Patient Experience Summary

Patient feedback reveals a markedly divided experience at this practice, with significant concerns about appointment access and reception conduct offsetting positive feedback about clinical care. Securing appointments presents a persistent challenge, with patients reporting difficulty booking slots, excessive waiting times both on the phone and in-clinic, and inconsistent communication about appointment status. Phone responsiveness emerges as a particular pain point, with callers experiencing extended hold times and calls going unanswered. Reception experience is inconsistent, with some patients praising courteous and helpful staff, whilst others describe dismissive, unprofessional, or rushed interactions that leave them feeling undervalued.

Where clinical care is experienced directly, feedback tends to be more positive, with patients noting skilled healthcare professionals, compassionate consultations, and supportive specialist staff. However, concerns about rushed consultations and insufficient examination persist in some accounts. Several patients highlight a perceived decline in service quality, attributing this to staffing or management changes. The practice environment receives mixed commentary, with some describing a welcoming atmosphere whilst others report unprofessional conduct among reception staff.

Consistency remains a key issue across the feedback. Whilst some patients report seamless booking experiences and efficient service, others describe systemic dysfunction in appointment scheduling, communication, and administrative processes. This variation suggests service quality may depend significantly on which staff member a patient encounters or the timing of their contact.

Frustrating healthcare experience with zero progress

Dealing with my wife's prolonged illness has been incredibly frustrating. We've been consulting medical professionals for an extended period, yet her condition remains unimproved. To make matters worse, I've wasted over an hour waiting on hold, trying to get some assistance or answers.

Terrible medical practice with zero patient consideration

Terrible encounter at this clinic, with administrative personnel displaying a complete lack of assistance. Scheduled appointment slots are disregarded, showing no empathy for patients' well-being or time constraints. The entire system appears dysfunctional, and there's a total absence of communication regarding postponements, with no credible explanations provided. From all indications, the general practice is managed extremely poorly.

Worst medical practice ever terrible experience

This clinic is an absolute farce. The front desk staff are completely incompetent. The physician (mamood) is the most worthless, ineffective human being wandering around the facility. It seems this is because his son serves as practice manager, and together they operate this place as if it's their personal fiefdom. To anyone contemplating becoming a patient here, STAY AWAY. These people are TOTAL FRAUDS. They couldn't even provide a basic patient policy document for me to review. That's how utterly dysfunctional this establishment truly is.

Terrible service causing patient suffering and potential job loss

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment my husband has received from this Health centre, particularly the receptionists. For five consecutive weeks, he has been battling a debilitating leg injury, and every time he attempts to contact them, the receptionists refuse to schedule a doctor's appointment!! Their callousness is infuriating. If he were to have an accident, like falling down the stairs, the responsibility would lie squarely with this so-called medical practice! He is enduring excruciating pain and discomfort, and the hospital won't see him unless it's a critical emergency, while his GP won't accommodate him because of these merciless receptionists! Five weeks of barely moving. He's on the verge of losing his job because nobody seems to care!!!!! I am now consulting legal counsel regarding my husband's situation. If he loses his employment and we consequently lose our home, it will be entirely due to this incompetent health practice. He has been a patient of Dr. Bajpai since he was 18, and is now 57. What on earth is happening here? Alfred Andrews is suffering immensely, and his GP needs to be held accountable. He resides in Castle Vale, so locate his records and immediately schedule an urgent appointment!!! What if he's experiencing a potentially fatal blood clot or another serious condition? They must not allow a catastrophic accident to occur due to their negligent patient care!

Outdated practice struggles with modern healthcare needs

Due to the pandemic, securing an in-person consultation has become extremely challenging. Unlike other medical practices that have adopted telehealth solutions like video consultations and image sharing to help patients demonstrate their concerns, Greenfield seems to be lagging behind in this area. Phone interactions leave me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a patient.

Skilled doctor terrible staff avoid the reception area

Dr. Mahmood is an exceptional physician, but unfortunately, his front desk team falls far short of his professional standards. In all candor, the staff come across as discourteous and seemingly incompetent in performing their basic duties. When I requested a medical letter, I received conflicting information from two different staff members about when it would be ready, which is frankly ridiculous and unprofessional.

Unprofessional staff ruined my entire healthcare experience

The front desk personnel at this establishment are utterly unprofessional. During my wait, the noise level was unbearable as the incompetent and childish female staff members shrieked and giggled, creating an atmosphere more reminiscent of a schoolyard than a professional environment. Management urgently needs to recruit mature, competent employees instead of these individuals who behave like teenagers.

Consistently late and disrespectful to customers

Every single time I schedule an appointment here, I end up waiting well beyond my designated time slot. It's absolutely absurd how consistently they run behind schedule, making the entire booking process feel pointless.

Terrible service and endless waiting times

When scheduling an appointment through their phone service, you'd expect a smooth experience, but in reality, you end up spending endless hours waiting after arriving at the location, despite having a pre-booked time slot.

Unprofessional staff and terrible patient care

Dr. Mahmood and the reception staff, who are father and son, demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism when handling patient concerns. They encourage you to file a complaint but then consistently fail to address it properly. The Clinical Commissioning Group should definitely investigate this medical practice. Additionally, the pharmacist Nasreen exhibits the same discourteous behavior. I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic and instead seeking care at a walk-in center.

Frustrating service with constant appointment mix-ups

Scheduling here is a complete mess. I've shown up on the designated date only to be told I'm not registered in their system. The waiting times are excessively long, and you're forced to constantly call ahead to confirm your appointment is actually valid.

Exceptional service with amazing staff at greenfields

Fantastic establishment. The staff, particularly the bearded male receptionist, are incredibly welcoming. He's exceptionally helpful and courteous, always going above and beyond for patients. It's remarkable how they maintain their composure while handling numerous challenging individuals. Kudos to Greenfields for having such outstanding employees who truly represent our community's best. Bad!

Terrible service from unprofessional and dismissive doctor

Extremely sluggish service and unprofessional attitude. During my visit, the healthcare provider dismissed my concerns and simply suggested taking paracetamol without conducting a proper examination. The doctor seems to rush through my consultation while spending significantly more time with other patients. Appointment scheduling appears biased, consistently favoring certain individuals. Their communication is terrible - they consistently ignore incoming phone calls, letting them ring unanswered.
