Feedback reflects a mixed experience across several service areas. Clinical staff are consistently described as kind, approachable, attentive and professional, with patients appreciating the courtesy and reassurance provided during consultations. Telephone responsiveness is noted as prompt, and reception teams are generally seen as helpful and responsive to patient needs.
Appointment access presents a contrasting picture. The requirement to call within a specific morning window to request appointments is viewed as restrictive, and some patients report receiving an indifferent reception experience during these booking calls. Additionally, one patient experienced a significant disruption when arriving for a scheduled appointment only to discover the clinician was no longer available, resulting in an unresolved waiting experience.
While the care experience and professional conduct of clinical staff receive positive recognition, the booking process and reception experience during appointment requests represent areas where patient satisfaction varies considerably.

Bad!
Reception attitude makes booking difficult
It's frustrating having to call within a specific morning window just to request an appointment, and the indifferent attitude received from the reception team when making these calls is disappointing.

Great!
Receptionists got back to us quickly
Very happy with our surgery, the clinicians are always kind, listen to our needs, and help in every way possible, my whole family are of the same opinion, the reception team try their best to help, and get back to us within the hour. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Physio appointment cancelled without any warning
Attended for a physiotherapy appointment at this location for the first time. Upon arrival, I was directed upstairs and asked to take a seat. I arrived approximately ten minutes ahead of my scheduled time. After waiting, I was not called through for my appointment. I later discovered that the clinician I was scheduled to see was no longer available.
