Practice checked in on both mum and baby

I had a baby who was born significantly early and the practice has been excellent. I've been anxious about various concerns, but the staff have been very patient and willing to see me whenever needed just to check that my little one is doing well. They've also made sure to follow up on my own health, which I really appreciated. I also have a toddler and they've been wonderful with them too. They're the best healthcare providers I've experienced. Thank you to the practice.

Online booking system lacks human support

It's difficult to get direct communication with someone at this practice. All appointments are arranged through an online booking system, and you only receive a text message notification without any additional assistance. The reception staff seem unhelpful and simply direct you back to the online booking tool rather than offering support. The whole experience feels impersonal and lacking in human interaction.

Impossible to reach and medication stopped without explanation

Unable to reach the practice by phone and struggled to secure an appointment. Found the experience disappointing compared to previous healthcare providers. Medication was discontinued without prior notification, and I was informed I would need to wait approximately two weeks for a telephone consultation to discuss the reason for this change. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Online services made booking straightforward and quick

I have had a very positive experience with this surgery overall. I find that making use of the online services tends to work better than depending on phone contact. Whenever I have submitted a request through the online form seeking medical guidance, I have received a prompt response with either an appointment or the necessary advice, and the online prescription ordering system is straightforward to use. It appears to be a good service provided you are able to access these online features and know about the options available. The staff members I have encountered during visits to the surgery have consistently been courteous and supportive.

Staff phoned back when I missed appointment

I have been genuinely impressed with this practice on every occasion. Despite reading numerous negative reviews elsewhere, my own experiences have consistently been excellent whenever I have needed to get in touch. The team members are unfailingly polite, courteous, friendly and genuinely helpful. One staff member in particular went the extra mile by calling me back after I missed my original scheduled phone appointment, demonstrating kindness, compassion and clear expertise. I have consistently received authentic care and sound guidance from everyone I have interacted with at the practice and would strongly recommend it.

Long waits and feeling dismissed by staff

This surgery experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting several weeks for an appointment, I felt my concerns were dismissed without proper consideration of my background. I felt undervalued during the consultation and had to advocate strongly for additional investigations. The follow-up testing appointments are scheduled far into the future, which has left me frustrated with the overall care received.

Impossible to book appointments when needed

Obtaining appointments at this practice is very challenging. Communication could be significantly improved. I was forced to attend an urgent care centre to receive treatment because I could not arrange an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. The overall service experience fell well short of expectations.

Attended for a vaccination appointment recently. Very good experience, only spent 5 minutes in the surgery with no queue. This was much better than a previous visit when I had to wait outside in poor weather.

Surgery's good but charging point still broken

Pleasant facility with a good appointment system. The refreshments available are quite pricey relative to what you might expect. There is an electric vehicle charging point at the location, though access to it has been limited despite initial indications that it would become available to visitors when the building first launched. Efforts to have this activated took an extended period to resolve.
