Very hard to book an appointment, trying to get through to speak to someone. I was on hold for nearly an hour. When I finally got through the receptionist was extremely rude to the point she actually hung up on me. I have not been back to the practice since this incident

On a recent visit, after waiting on hold for a considerable length of time, I attended in person and observed that incoming calls seemed to be going unanswered. The overall experience left me feeling frustrated rather than supported. The online appointment booking system also appears to have significant issues, making it difficult to access care through either method. For anyone in this area seeking appointments, the process feels unnecessarily complicated and stressful.
