Frustrating app crashes and no appointments
Really poor experience with this GP service. - Appointment booking is impossible! They claim app booking is available, but it's completely non-functional. You can only submit a help request and wait for a response, with no actual ability to select a specific date and time. - The app's user interface is extremely poorly designed and extremely unstable, frequently crashing. - The app appears "offline" most of the time (as shown in the image) - I submitted a help request and received a confirmation message stating I would be contacted. However, no contact was made, forcing me to phone a week later to investigate. I was then instructed to rebook through the app - the only available option - but was told I could only do this in the morning, which is utterly ridiculous. Just an absolutely terrible service. Online booking should enhance, not replace, traditional booking methods like phone or in-person. I'm genuinely concerned that this clunky, dysfunctional, app-mandatory system could potentially endanger elderly patients unfamiliar with technology. The Woodlands Surgery & Vanbrugh are nearby alternatives that offer normal booking procedures and have better reviews, so I'll likely attempt to register with one of those instead.

Attempting to schedule a consultation with a hospital referral proves futile, and the mobile application's booking system is equally ineffective. Terrible establishment. They misled me regarding the transmission of my ADHD paperwork. They continually create unnecessary complications and squander both my time and their own. I recognize the financial constraints facing NHS services, but they're actively hindering their own efficiency by forcing me to make repeated visits just to get referral documents processed. It's completely ridiculous. To top it off, they scheduled a phone consultation - how exactly am I meant to submit physical documents during a telephone call?

Over the past year, this medical practice has significantly deteriorated. I've encountered multiple instances with male physicians where my chronic health concerns have been minimized and I've been addressed in a condescending manner. When fortunate enough to see a female doctor, the care quality notably improves, though the administrative staff frequently disregard patients' scheduling preferences and specific requirements. I've submitted a formal complaint regarding substantial inaccuracies in my medical documentation and records. Despite Omnes Healthcare's promised 30-day resolution window for complaints, I remain without any response as of September, following my initial complaint in April. I do want to acknowledge that I've experienced genuinely exceptional interactions with nurse Cristina and Julia at reception, as well as a recently positive consultation with Dr. Ijeoma Ojiaku.

Rude staff and mixed-up medication mess
This medical practice is absolutely dreadful. The receptionists interrogate patients as if they're playing doctor, and their rudeness is beyond tolerable. One receptionist named Hassan even had the audacity to tell me, "you're not the only patient here." They constantly push patients to use their online system, but when you actually submit your concerns through the app, nobody bothers to read them. You end up having to phone in and repeat everything all over again. Nearly all the reception and administrative staff are incredibly discourteous and become immediately defensive if you dare to question them. As a parent of a child with special needs, I'm particularly frustrated by their consistent medication mix-ups. Despite multiple explanations, they continuously send prescriptions to incorrect suppliers and pharmacies. I strongly advise avoiding this practice if possible. They might be acceptable for patients with minimal medical needs, but for those requiring genuine medical attention, they're completely inadequate. In over two years, my daughter has barely seen a doctor twice - it's absurd! The so-called senior reception manager, Ugho, seems incapable of resolving anything and displays zero leadership qualities. His lack of basic customer service skills is shocking, especially considering they work in a healthcare environment. It's simply unacceptable.

There was no careful examination of previous notes or thoughtful assessment, just a reckless and unfounded speculation. Moreover, the doctor provided me with inaccurate information regarding test results I had received several weeks earlier—details that could potentially compromise my health. Such careless misinformation is not just unprofessional, but potentially hazardous. The risk of causing unnecessary anxiety or potentially delaying critical medical treatment is extremely serious. Recently, the quality of service has deteriorated dramatically. I've experienced ongoing issues with medication management and persistent difficulties in obtaining doctor call-backs, with requests frequently not being processed by the reception staff. Sometimes these callback delays have stretched to two weeks. The situation has become so frustrating that I now feel anxious about contacting the surgery. Patients are forced to repeatedly call and follow up on their own issues, which should never be the case. Seeking medical assistance should not be a stressful experience, yet for many patients here, it has become exactly that. However, today was different.
