Frustrating delay with my prescription request

Steer clear of this service if possible. Their professionalism is severely lacking and their approach is inconsistent. I had a prescription request backed by a consultant's letter to my GP. Shockingly, they left the letter unopened for 48 hours and then allocated it to a physician who never appeared at the practice. When I inquired, two separate receptionists provided entirely contradictory information. Their communication is so vague that patients are left in limbo, uncertain when or if their prescription will ever be processed.
