Utterly frustrated with the lack of support for my chronic pain management. I reached out today regarding ineffective pain medication through patches, and their response was dismissive—simply advising me to continue with pain relief before abruptly ending our conversation. Attempting to call has proven futile, as their phone lines are perpetually unattended. The triage staff seem to believe they're omniscient, yet they're clearly neglecting vulnerable patients who are suffering. It's no surprise that emergency rooms are overflowing when medical practices show such blatant disregard for patient well-being! If anyone from this practice actually takes the time to read this, I implore a doctor to contact me, given the perpetual busy status of your phone lines!

This medical practice has deteriorated significantly since Dr Cormack's retirement. After years of difficulty, I finally secured an appointment with a doctor last month (not my usual physician, Dr Minstry, who seems perpetually absent, reportedly working remotely three days weekly and seemingly only updating my NHS APP); midway through the consultation, I was informed time had run out, resulting in another appointment scheduled 20 days later. During these interactions, we discussed my weight, diet, and exercise routine, with the doctor approving my Mediterranean diet and healthy weight. This morning, I attended a blood test with Emy Bramley. Since she conducted my health check in late May, I highlighted several inaccurate entries including height, fitness level, background, and drinking habits, which she helpfully corrected. She re-weighed me, confirming I was two kilos lighter, but her system still classified me as overweight; I explained that last month's doctor confirmed I was NOT overweight and the NHS website supports a healthy weight classification. She claimed her system's data was unchangeable. When I inquired about my Mediterranean diet, she surprisingly declared it terrible, claiming it was "FULL OF SUGAR" due to tomatoes and fruit content. Upon asking which diet I should follow, she admitted she didn't know. I'm now completely bewildered and have decided to maintain my current diet. What a disappointing experience with supposedly professional healthcare staff.

Terrible healthcare service causing financial and emotional stress

This medical practice is an absolute farce. While the reception staff are pleasant, they're constantly apologizing for the doctors' incompetence. I've been stuck waiting four weeks for a simple fit note just to maintain my financial stability, only to be repeatedly dismissed. Each visit involves a different doctor with zero internal communication. Their appointment system is a complete shambles - they'll book a supposed appointment without even informing the patient. I wasted entire days waiting for phone calls that never came, and when contact finally happened, it was from reception, not a doctor, scheduling an appointment two weeks out. Six weeks of bureaucratic nonsense just for a fit note - thanks for pushing me towards financial ruin, you utterly useless healthcare provider. To add insult to injury, they then practically accused me of dishonesty after losing my medical files, and expect me to rectify their mistake. My advice? Avoid this place at all costs and find a competent medical practice.

Terrible service and communication from this medical practice

Once more, I find myself frustrated with this medical practice's poor service. I've been stuck on the phone for over an hour, desperately trying to confirm whether a prescription has been processed for my husband, whose medication will run out in just two days. To my dismay, I discovered the surgery closes during lunch! John has consistently received subpar care. When he was extremely unwell, he was told the earliest appointment was a week and a half away. The very next day, he was urgently transported to the hospital by emergency services. Despite being discharged for over three weeks now, we've received no communication from the surgery. When we inquired about this, they claimed they hadn't received the discharge letter. I've since spoken with the hospital, who left a voicemail confirming the letter was signed and sent. I could continue detailing these issues endlessly and may well pursue this matter formally.

Terrible service and complete lack of patient care

I've only been a patient here for a short time, but the problems have been non-stop. Their phone communication is absolutely terrible, particularly today when they couldn't even manage to switch off the after-hours voicemail until 8:18am, despite being open since 8am. We've experienced multiple instances of inaccurate record-keeping, missed return calls, and today's interaction was the final straw. I was essentially brushed off with a dismissive suggestion to consult a pharmacist first and only contact them if deemed necessary. Their customer service is utterly useless and completely unhelpful!

The location poses a slight challenge for those walking, but beyond that, I have no complaints. The facility is immaculate, roomy, and contemporary, with the same delightful personnel who continue to provide exceptional treatment to my loved ones and myself.
