Phone booking system needs improvement

I'm extremely frustrated with the difficulty in simply calling to book an appointment. The process feels patronising and is quite time-consuming. If you happen to miss a callback, you're forced to start from scratch. From a patient's perspective, this system simply isn't adequate. It's disappointing that this appears to be a widespread issue.

An absolutely fantastic practice - the best I've ever attended. I've used this service for several health concerns and each time, I was always listened to and taken seriously. The clinical staff follow up with you and have a good knowledge of different conditions. A mental health professional at the practice gently suggested I pursue further assessment, as this could be contributing to my other health concerns and they were absolutely right. After years of trying to get support, I finally have an answer and a clear way forward. I'm so appreciative and couldn't thank them enough.

Quick appointment responses and helpful mental health support

This is the finest medical practice I have ever attended and hearing about other people's experiences with their own healthcare providers makes me feel genuinely fortunate to have discovered what seems to be an exceptional surgery! I may be overstating it slightly but truthfully they are remarkably prompt with responding to appointment requests, the medical team are all wonderful and the administrative staff are genuinely hardworking. They even have an in-house mental wellbeing service! The sole thing I might alter would be the option to speak with someone at the desk rather than needing to ring a bell but I'm certain they have good reasons for how they operate. Absolutely highly recommended.
