Negligent doctor endangers patient with poor care

My doctor nearly caused my death a few months back by prescribing osteoarthritis medication without investigating potential family heart risks, which almost triggered a cardiac event. To make matters worse, when I sought a letter explaining how climbing five flights of stairs to my apartment exacerbates my hip and knee pain - in hopes of securing a ground floor residence that I urgently require - I was completely brushed off by the receptionist. After being placed on hold four separate times, I was told I must write to them, and then their secretary will determine whether to forward my request to the doctor. It's absolutely appalling that I'm prepared to pay for written documentation, and they have a professional obligation to address my medical needs. Their behavior demonstrates clear negligence, irresponsibility, and a complete lack of compassion.

Given my moderate special needs and anxiety disorder, they seem oblivious to my circumstances and simply advised me to arrive at 8 AM like before. I waited for 45 minutes with no one attending to me, so I returned home. My key recommendation is to avoid their 8 AM first-come, first-served appointment system, which I consider entirely inappropriate and detrimental to my mental well-being and stress levels.

The quality of this medical practice has significantly deteriorated since the pandemic. This is precisely why hospitals are overwhelmed - general practitioners seem to have lost their commitment to patient care.

If they had bothered to listen, they would understand her critical health condition - she lacks a spleen, meaning even a minor infection could rapidly escalate into a serious medical emergency. When I raised my concerns, their dismissive response was that their manager would potentially contact us after a two-week holiday. The level of indifference is so profound that I'd almost prefer having no general practitioner at all. Absolutely appalling service from the receptionist Georgina! Completely unhelpful when dealing with someone experiencing health issues. DOCTOR KNIGHT demonstrated zero competence in reviewing patient records and stubbornly prescribed incorrect medication despite clear warnings and repeated explanations from the patient. I will definitely be filing a formal complaint about this unacceptable medical negligence.
