I described my health concern, and at 10:40, I was presented with appointment slots at 11:00 and 11:20, choosing the later time. The receptionist, Celia, was exceptional - truly top-tier in her approach. As my ENP nurse, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine care, actively listening to my medical issue. Her attentiveness was impressive. She provided excellent advice and prescribed antibiotics to address my foot condition. Overall, this medical center offers outstanding service and support. DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE!!! I've attempted to reach the medical practice on multiple occasions and at various times... Consistently redirected to voicemail or digital channels. What exactly are we paying for??? The practice completely ignored a prescription request from Lloyds pharmacy, resulting in my prescription being cancelled and leaving me without medication before traveling internationally... Absolutely unacceptable service
