Horrible healthcare with abusive and unprofessional staff

Unacceptable mistreatment from medical personnel without justification on multiple instances. A paramedic called solely to verbally assault and intimidate me before abruptly ending the conversation. (I requested they review the call recording.) Additionally, a nurse discussed me inappropriately with another staff member in an unprofessional manner. I attempted to lodge formal complaints with the practice manager on two separate occasions, but received absolutely no response. These incidents occurred within the past quarter. Consequently, I have transferred to a different medical practice. If the rating system allowed, I would assign zero stars. They emphasize protecting staff from abuse, but what about protecting patients from harmful behavior?

Friendly service at pagham surgery with great doctor

The phone lines at the medical practice have been more responsive recently. Since my matter wasn't pressing, I didn't mind the waiting time, and they were accommodating with my availability. Dr. Glasspool, who was covering that day, was exceptionally friendly, compassionate, and conducted a comprehensive consultation at the Pagham clinic. Additionally, the front desk staff member was delightful and helpful.
