Obtaining proper assistance at this facility is incredibly challenging. For the past decade and a half, I've been assigned different physicians each visit. Scheduling an appointment is frustrating since the intake form restricts patients to documenting only a single health concern. When I reached out online in May2024, they arbitrarily determined I didn't require a physician's examination, instead offering a phone consultation with a therapist rather than a general practitioner. By September, I returned as the recommended exercises provided no pain relief. X-rays were performed, and I was assured I'd be notified of the results. Predictably, no communication followed. Upon calling weeks later, I was instructed to continue waiting. Today, the receptionist bluntly informed me that no one would contact me and that I must independently book another GP appointment to review my X-ray findings. Meanwhile, my pain has progressively worsened, now radiating from my arm to my shoulder blade. Seriously? The recent quality of service at this center is absolutely unacceptable.
