ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. Zero rating if I could. Attempted to have my infant immunized. Forced to sit idle for nearly an hour. The front desk staff was completely uncooperative, claiming the nurse was occupied. Yet we'd been waiting endlessly, and I witnessed the prior patient exit just as I entered. Ultimately departed without my child receiving her vaccination because she became exhausted and distressed. Infants deserve far better treatment. Such unacceptable conduct
