The most incompetent medical practice I've encountered completely mishandled everything and showed zero patient compassion. Their front desk staff are perpetually discourteous and dismissive, barely even responding to phone calls when they deign to pick up. I'm immensely relieved to have found a new healthcare provider. If possible, I would rate this clinic lower than zero stars - it's a practice to be completely avoided, with absolutely no redeeming qualities.

Dr Leach is exceptional, compassionate, and empathetic, and I have absolutely no complaints about the care she provides to my family. While some of the reception staff can be discourteous, there are also incredibly warm and friendly employees like Donna and Kathy, who stand out. The phlebotomists are truly delightful - they bring genuine brightness to the experience. Securing in-person consultations has become more challenging, but that seems to be the current reality of our national healthcare system.

Since relocating to London three years back and registering with my current medical practice two years ago, my experience has progressively deteriorated. Initially, everything seemed fine, but over the past year, I've been repeatedly brushed off and diagnosed with multiple potential issues related to my sleep difficulties. On my fifth attempt to address these concerns, I was simply advised to try antihistamines or valerian root without a proper consultation. It's incredibly frustrating to continuously struggle for medical professionals to acknowledge my health problems. Submitting five separate forms about the same underlying issue within just two months feels completely unreasonable. The communication process is deeply flawed, with receptionists talking over patients and routinely redirecting inquiries to their website instead of providing attentive, personalized assistance.

I am thoroughly impressed with this surgical team and their entire operation. While occasionally (and rarely) a phone interaction might seem slightly abrupt, I always pause to consider the potential challenges they may have faced earlier in their day, which prompts me to respond with empathy and understanding. I recognize they must adhere to specific protocols and procedures, and working in healthcare can undoubtedly be incredibly demanding. I'm uncertain what difficulties they might have encountered before my interaction. Thankfully, such less-than-smooth conversations are extremely infrequent, with most interactions being outstanding. Overall, I believe this practice absolutely merits a 5-star rating due to their consistent compassionate and dedicated care for me and other patients. Within the pressured environment of the NHS, they have consistently demonstrated professionalism and genuine concern, and for that, I am deeply appreciative.

During my phone call today, while attempting to explain my situation, the receptionist began talking over me, nearly shouting. Given that this is typically the initial point of contact with the medical practice, one would expect basic communication skills to be mandatory. The manner in which I was addressed was completely unacceptable. It's unfortunate because a few of the reception team are actually quite pleasant and helpful.

The booking process is an absurd race against time. You must be online precisely at 7:30 AM and complete the questionnaire with lightning speed, competing against other desperate users. A single moment's hesitation means losing your chance to book. The system makes no sense for non-emergency medical concerns. Why can't patients submit appointment requests weeks in advance instead of this stressful, time-sensitive scramble? This approach is genuinely worrying. Here's my experience: I filled out a Medical Request form via the NHS App at 08:45. By 09:00, a Doctor phoned me to talk through my health concern. At 09:10, I was sent a referral letter for additional medical investigation. The entire process took just 30 minutes, and I received precisely the support I needed. Can you find such incredible service anywhere else??
