Rude receptionist overshadows great medical care

The medical staff are truly exceptional, but I recently encountered an unpleasant interaction with a receptionist who was extremely discourteous. During our phone conversation, she consistently interrupted me while I was attempting to articulate my point, which made the entire exchange incredibly exasperating. The receptionist should embody the practice's own standards of conduct, particularly their stated policy of not tolerating disrespectful behavior.

I genuinely cannot find any fault with their approach - all the physicians are incredibly compassionate and supportive, whether addressing childhood ailments and minor injuries or managing adult mental health concerns. Frustrating medical practice with terrible communication

Seriously, they are completely unresponsive to phone calls. They keep pushing me to use online services, but I need their assistance to actually complete the online registration and obtain my essential account credentials. When I visit in person, they just redirect me back to the internet... what kind of circular logic is that? I'm meticulously following every single instruction from their team and online platform, yet I'm constantly met with the same frustrating roadblock. They seem more interested in casual conversation among themselves while patients are desperately trying to navigate their convoluted system. It's TERRIBLE. The medical professionals are competent, but their administrative staff are utterly incompetent, and they always have multiple people just sitting around doing nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.

Utterly disgraceful service with unprofessional and callous front desk staff 😡 After a detailed phone consultation with a specific doctor about an examination and medication she had prescribed, I was abruptly informed by the receptionist that I couldn't schedule an appointment with her. Instead, I was directed to a Physician Associate who lacks the authority to prescribe medication, make referrals, or provide independent medical guidance, constantly interrupting the consultation to seek advice from more experienced colleagues. This appears to be a recurring issue at this practice, where patients are systematically denied access to fully qualified general practitioners. The management is clearly incompetent, resulting in a consistently poor patient experience that is incredibly aggravating. Steer clear at all costs!!

On Tuesday, I called in distress, nearly in tears from pain after being directed by 111, desperately seeking an same-day appointment. Instead of compassion, I was abruptly dismissed and coldly instructed to complete an online form. While I understood a same-day appointment might be unlikely, I believed it was worth asking. The website indicates a two-working-day review period for the form, yet I've received no response as of Friday. This isn't an isolated incident, but part of a pattern that reveals how severely this practice has deteriorated due to apparent chronic underfunding and poor management. I've reached my limit with their negligence and will definitely be seeking care elsewhere.

Terrible medical care with unhelpful and unprofessional staff

The website is a maze, scheduling appointments is a challenge, and even when successful, there's an equal chance of encountering a knowledgeable professional or just a pleasant receptionist. The staff appears to rely heavily on Google for medical information. During my partner's consultation about a significant eye lump, the doctor didn't even acknowledge him, barely glancing in his direction. Instead, they simply printed a page from Google, prescribed some eye drops, and quickly dismissed him. I've lost track of how many referrals have vanished into thin air from this clinic over time. The nursing staff, however, are consistently excellent when it comes to blood tests. While I recommend seeking alternatives, this seems to be a widespread problem in the area.

Friendly doctors stuck with terrible front desk staff

The medical staff are competent, but the front desk personnel are incredibly discourteous and demonstrate the most abysmal customer service imaginable. Their digital communication is entirely ineffective, consistently promising to reach out yet seldom following through. Additionally, the clinic's physical environment is desperately in need of modernization, with seating that appears to have been unchanged since the 1990s.

This medical facility proved completely incompetent and uncaring. When my daughter was suffering from a high fever, they showed no concern. During my post-cesarean recovery, I received zero support for my wound care. Dr. Warwicker was especially appalling, treating my infant with shocking disrespect. This is an absolutely terrible healthcare provider that fails miserably at basic patient care. Anyone seeking genuine medical assistance should absolutely avoid this place - they demonstrate zero compassion or professional commitment to helping patients.
