I initially scheduled a phone consultation for a 10:00-12:00 time slot. However, by 1:00 PM, I had to contact the medical office myself, at which point I was informed that the appointment had been rescheduled to a call between 5:00-5:30 PM, without any prior notification to me. The receptionist did offer an apology for the inconvenience.

I consistently refill my prescription and typically request a resupply a week in advance by email. Yet, each time I arrive to collect my medication, they insist I email them again and promise a 2-3 day turnaround. Despite following their instructions last week and repeating the process, they once more told me to send another email. As a result, I'm now left without my essential medication for an additional 2-3 days. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable.
