The doctor contacted me promptly, within half an hour, and after a brief, pleasant conversation, he electronically forwarded my prescription to the pharmacy. I collected my medication the next morning, with the entire process completed in under a day and a half. I'm truly satisfied that I chose this practice after my previous healthcare provider shut down.

Frustrating healthcare with zero patient support

For minor ailments like a common cold, they might suffice. However, when dealing with more intricate health issues, their approach falls short. There's a distinct lack of adaptability and willingness to help with referral processes for proper diagnosis. I would not trust them with critical health matters. As a diabetic, I've experienced multiple instances where I was left without the necessary tools to monitor my blood sugar due to bureaucratic complications. The level of care is deeply concerning. They show no proactive approach in addressing potential issues flagged by blood test results. Patients might as well rely on internet searches to manage their own health concerns.

Terrible phone wait and rude receptionist

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this medical practice since the merger between the old exchange/grove medical practice and Cromwell place surgery. It's now impossible to get through to them. I spent 25 minutes waiting for the phone to be answered by an impolite receptionist who could only offer me an appointment a month away. The previous exchange staff were so friendly and competent, and I'm now seriously considering changing healthcare providers. I simply cannot tolerate this level of poor service.

The practice's policy restricts patients to seeing only their assigned physician, and I was informed that the earliest available slot was a full month away. When I inquired about emergency appointments, I discovered that attempting to call in the morning is futile, as the phone line remains perpetually busy.
