Staff don't call back until too late

Disappointing experience overall. I feel the staff approach their work in a manner more suited to a retail environment. I've found that patients in certain demographics appear to receive less priority, and accessing appointments requires considerable persistence. Response times to calls have been slower than ideal. The service quality has declined significantly. I remain registered here primarily due to my long-standing history with the practice, though I'm not satisfied with current standards. I'm uncertain about how this practice defines what constitutes an emergency situation. Should I face a serious urgent matter, I would hesitate to contact this practice as my first point of contact. Greater clarity around emergency criteria and procedures would be beneficial.

Finally got a proper plan that actually works

This has been the most disappointing practice I have attended. The clinician I was seeing did not arrange the referral I had requested. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want to receive the care you are seeking.

This is a very good practice where the clinical team and support staff consistently make an effort to assist patients. Appointments can typically be arranged for the same day or the following day provided you call early in the morning, and if face-to-face slots are not available, telephone consultations may be offered as an alternative. Receptionists could share more patient information

The clinical staff have consistently been excellent: approachable, well-informed, compassionate and organised. The reception team have generally been similarly helpful. There have been moments when I've felt they could have provided more assistance. I recently required some details from my medical records and was told I would need to speak with a GP to obtain them. Since it was merely an administrative matter, I questioned whether it was necessary to take up a clinician's time for something that seemed straightforward.
