Poor service at this practice. The medical staff regularly fail to dispense complete prescriptions each month. Appointments are extremely difficult to obtain, yet the practice frequently makes contact regarding other matters that seem unnecessary.

Poor communication about test results and follow-up

The clinicians at this practice are not meeting my expectations. I have found them to be unreliable, with poor communication among the team and what appears to be limited knowledge in their field. Following two MRI scans, I had to contact the practice to enquire about my results as I was not informed they were available. On both occasions, I requested an explanation of the results and guidance on next steps. However, I felt the clinician struggled to interpret the report and had difficulty with the terminology. I was subsequently referred to the hospital for clarification, and then directed to a specialist as the clinician felt this was more appropriate. This experience has left me feeling anxious about my health and I have not gained any reassurance from attending this surgery. I am considering changing practices after three years of disappointing experiences whenever I have needed care, and I now tend to avoid attending unless absolutely necessary. Based on my interactions, I have concerns about the level of expertise demonstrated by the clinical staff.
