Terrible service from a once-great medical practice
Since The Providence took over, their quality has rapidly declined, and I'm overwhelmed by the numerous issues my family has experienced with this medical practice. The receptionists have been so dishonest and made so many errors that they should absolutely be terminated for their sheer incompetence. While some of the doctors are excellent and genuinely helpful, others are far from satisfactory. My partner was incorrectly prescribed medication three separate times, and had he actually taken those medications, the consequences could have been seriously harmful! Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience recommend this doctors' practice to anyone. I deeply regret that they sold out to these profit-driven Providence surgeries!

I found myself in a severe kidney emergency while awaiting my general practitioner's appointment. Anyone familiar with such medical issues understands the unbearable intensity of the pain. The medical staff suggested I take a taxi to Bournemouth hospital. When I dialed emergency services, they seized my phone and spoke on my behalf without communicating any details about my medical state. Just a day earlier, I had been collected from the roadside by an ambulance. Consequently, I endured a 55-minute wait for emergency medical transport. My advice: avoid this scenario if any alternative exists.

Terrible service and endless waiting at this clinic
I spent half an hour on hold trying to schedule an appointment, only to be redirected to voicemail without speaking to anyone. The quickest I've ever waited at this medical practice was 40 minutes, and on some occasions, I've been stuck in the waiting area for more than 60 minutes. Previously, I've attempted to book telephone consultations, but the staff cannot commit to a specific time when arranging these, which creates significant logistical challenges. Based on my experiences, I cannot endorse this healthcare facility.
