Terrible medical service ruined my entire experience
After nearly 12 months, this medical practice has been incredibly ineffective in transferring my records following my move. (2008-2009) Their service was absolutely terrible. My doctor specifically requested that I undergo a pap smear immediately, yet the practice nurse flatly rejected this and stubbornly insisted on scheduling a future appointment, despite the fact that the surgery had no other patients at the time.

If I could rate this with no stars at all, I would. During my recent visit, I endured a three-hour wait. A woman conversing in Punjabi with the receptionist was allowed to jump the queue, bypassing other patients who had been waiting patiently. Why should speaking a specific language grant special treatment? This seems like blatant discrimination. Every patient deserves equal and fair treatment, regardless of their linguistic or ethnic background. The clinic needs to improve its scheduling and respect patients' time by seeing them at their designated appointment slots instead of making everyone wait endlessly.

Endured an exasperating wait exceeding 60 minutes to get through on the phone, stuck as the first caller in line for more than 20 minutes with absolutely no response. Attempted communication via NHS app and repeated phone calls, both proving completely ineffective. UPDATE: Redialed and spent 25 minutes queuing, only to have the call abruptly terminated immediately after being answered. Worst medical experience ever with incompetent staff
I wish I could rate this place zero stars. The staff are absolutely terrible and incredibly rude. If you're looking for a doctor's surgery where you can never reach anyone, and when you do, you'll be greeted by an arrogant receptionist who thinks they know everything, then this is the perfect place for you. During my sole encounter with Dr. Moghul, after endless back-and-forth communication, he dozed off just two minutes into our appointment. His snoring was incredibly loud. What's worse, the forms I provided him were filled out completely incorrectly, with my medical history mixed up with someone else's records. When the forms were returned, he wasted more time and had to write an additional letter, which he wanted to charge me for. At this point, I couldn't tell if he was mumbling in his sleep or had missed crucial details. To summarize, a simple 10-minute form and conversation dragged on for nearly 10 months. Kudos to the receptionists who apparently have extensive medical knowledge to cover for him when he decides to take a nap. I'm sure you're all prepared for a smooth CQC inspection.

I visited yesterday solely to seek a quick piece of information, only to be rudely dismissed by an incredibly unhelpful blonde receptionist. At 18:27, she abruptly instructed me to leave and return another day, despite the clinic technically closing at 18:30. I wasn't requesting an appointment or medical service, just a brief clarification about registration (which is now definitely not happening 😑). Her customer service was absolutely appalling, and management should seriously consider replacing her with someone who actually understands basic human decency! Additionally, the practice hours listed on Google appear to be inaccurate, matching the receptionist's unhelpful attitude. Please update this information accordingly - thanks.

The GP service is incredibly frustrating and ineffective. Securing an appointment when it's urgent seems impossible. Alternative out-of-hours medical services have been equally unreliable. Worst doctor ever terrible medical experience
This establishment deserves immediate shutdown by regulatory bodies. Dr Moghul is utterly incompetent. One could obtain more accurate medical advice by simply searching symptoms online rather than consulting him. When my wife sought guidance about her health concerns, he merely grinned without purpose. After repeatedly asking, he finally responded with the dismissive phrase, "What can I say about it?" In approximately 90% of consultations, he fails to provide a proper prescription, instead just mentioning medication names and instructing me to purchase them independently from the pharmacy.
