Currently, the clinic exclusively offers same-day consultations with no advance scheduling options, and I've been persistently calling early each morning, only to be trapped in endless phone waiting lines. After hours of waiting, I'm invariably informed that no appointments are accessible. The service is fundamentally ineffective, appearing deliberately designed to create such frustrating barriers that patients will ultimately abandon their attempts to secure medical attention. It seems their strategy is to discourage patients through bureaucratic obstruction and minimal accessibility.

Worst medical experience ever terrible customer service

Completely unacceptable and frustrating experience! I've been struggling to secure a medical consultation for a trapped nerve for nearly a month. The process has been incredibly challenging - spending over an hour on hold starting at 8am, only to be told there are no available slots. When I finally get offered a telephone consultation, they fail to actually call, and then claim I missed the appointment! To make matters worse, the receptionist's response was utterly dismissive, essentially asking me to solve their own service failure. Absolutely ridiculous customer treatment!

The staff are incredibly discourteous, incompetent, poorly trained, and completely unprofessional - a group of utterly useless individuals. The personnel demonstrate a lack of assistance and frequently display discourteous behavior. They struggle to address patient inquiries and consistently redirect individuals to return for follow-up or make phone calls, yet the telephone remains unanswered most of the time. This situation is deeply troubling. I experienced an extremely taxing week, repeatedly visiting the clinic without receiving adequate support, ultimately leading me to abandon my efforts. It is unsustainable to visit the facility daily only to be told to return once more. Such staff conduct can significantly impact a patient's psychological well-being, particularly when they fail to provide proper support and instead contribute to the individual's existing stress.

I've been attempting to book for three consecutive days, and when I finally wait on hold until 7:30 AM, they inform me they're completely booked. They've also eliminated in-person interactions. Everything is now handled remotely... and it's frustrating.

Every time I need to take my infant to Grove Surgery, I'm filled with anxiety, anticipating the inevitable waiting and staff inefficiency. The management of this facility is absolutely terrible! During my most recent visit, we were left waiting for almost two hours before being seen. Dealing with such prolonged delays while caring for a newborn is incredibly challenging. The personnel appear completely disorganized and lacking in competence. Terrible service worst medical practice ever

Utterly appalling experience with this medical practice. Scheduling an appointment is an absolute nightmare, and the receptionist's attitude is deplorable. They seem completely indifferent to patient needs, at least in my case. Despite rarely contacting them, every interaction is incredibly frustrating. Their phone system is a complete disaster - you can spend half an hour waiting in the queue, finally reach the front, and then have the call abruptly disconnected. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this clinic!
