Grove medical surgery has undergone recent modifications. Previously, the reception team was incredibly supportive, helping me obtain medications by assisting me when I explained my needs. Considering my restricted internet connectivity and limited technological proficiency, I was surprised when they recently instructed me to place my medication order ONLINE. Being 80 years old, I am still unfamiliar with many internet-related tasks. I strongly appeal to Dr. Mughal and the management to enable reception staff to continue supporting elderly patients like myself who lack computer expertise.

Every morning, I struggle to schedule an appointment. My wife recently gave birth, and our newborn is experiencing breathing difficulties, urgently requiring medical attention. The clinic's phone system is frustratingly unreliable - calls are frequently answered only to be abruptly disconnected. After enduring lengthy waiting periods, I'm repeatedly told "no appointments available". All slots seem to vanish by 8:15 AM, with call booking starting precisely at 8:00 AM. For three weeks now, I've been attempting to secure a medical consultation, and I'm completely bewildered about the purpose of having a general practitioner. The reception staff and management are exceptionally unhelpful and display an unacceptably rude attitude. This entire system desperately needs comprehensive reform!

I have been a patient at Grove surgery for over 15 years, and Dr Moghal has consistently demonstrated exceptional compassion, care, and attentiveness during my consultations. Never have I felt hurried or pressured during any appointment. The reception manager, Parveen, is an absolute gem - always greeting patients with a warm, calm, and courteous approach. Recently, the addition of Lady Dr Moghal to the practice has been incredibly beneficial to my healthcare journey. When the hospital struggled to provide a clear diagnosis during my two-week inpatient stay and subsequently discharged me, Lady Dr Moghal quickly identified the issue and was instrumental in guiding me back to the hospital for proper treatment. The practice's commitment to patient care is remarkable, and such dedication is increasingly rare in today's healthcare landscape. The only minor drawback is the occasional difficulty in securing an appointment, but considering the immense pressure currently facing the NHS, this is hardly surprising. Nevertheless, the outstanding care and professionalism at Grove surgery far outweigh any scheduling challenges.
