I have been a patient at this surgery for most of my life, following my parents who also attend. For the majority of that time I have had little reason to visit, but recently I have been dealing with some health concerns. Throughout this period, my experience has been disappointing. The reception staff have been unhelpful during phone calls, and the clinical staff have come across as uninterested and inattentive to what I have been saying. I feel anxious about contacting the surgery or booking appointments because I do not feel my concerns will be taken seriously or addressed properly. My health worries have not been treated with the consideration I feel they deserve, and I have been made to feel that I should simply manage on my own. I am currently exploring options elsewhere for my care, though finding alternative providers has proven difficult due to availability constraints. I am also considering private healthcare to ensure my health concerns receive proper attention and that I am heard and supported appropriately. I would not recommend this surgery based on my experience.

This person has demonstrated their dedication to work as a health professional, they're open minded and what's most important they listen to patients and work with them to address their health concerns. Unlike others in this practice, they show their knowledge and most of the time offer a couple of options, allowing the patient to choose what seems best for their health. I'm glad I had an opportunity to meet this person, highly recommended.

I've been a patient at this surgery for just over two years. The reception experience can be challenging at times, as I've found the staff member who regularly works on reception to come across as somewhat dismissive and unhelpful. Things seemed to run more smoothly when a previous clinician was working there. In general, the practice does provide support, though there are limitations when presenting with certain symptoms like cough or fever. In these cases, they require a test to be completed before any treatment can be prescribed. This means if you're unwell today, there's a delay while waiting for the test appointment, results, and then finally receiving care. What feels like an immediate health concern ends up taking a week or more to resolve.

I underwent imaging at a hospital facility that required review by the practice to determine next steps in my care, yet it took several weeks before the results were examined despite being informed by reception staff that the scan was already on file.
