Frustrating phone experience with terrible customer service

Attempting to schedule an appointment as instructed by a text message, I found myself trapped in a frustrating phone ordeal. After investing nearly an hour (58 minutes) with the first representative, I was ultimately advised to call back the following morning at 9:30 AM. The situation is becoming increasingly nonsensical and inefficient, and I'm growing increasingly exasperated by this convoluted process.

Terrible service and frustrating medical appointment experience

I've been anticipating a routine back check-up for a month, and just one day prior, they abruptly canceled my scheduled visit 😡😡 Now I'm left with a week to reschedule, but when I try, they claim there's some issue with their system or something 😡😡 I went in person, and a supposedly "smart" staff member told me I must book by phone. After calling for three days with zero progress, I'm suffering in constant pain! I'm determined to find an alternative medical facility and transfer my entire family's care away from these incompetent providers!!!! They are completely unprofessional!!!!

Terrible service from rude and unhelpful receptionist

I'd rate this a 1 out of 5, and that might even be too generous. The nursing staff and Dr. Stevens are wonderful, and I've always found communicating with them easy. Typically, discussing appointment needs with reception hasn't been problematic. However, today's experience was absolutely infuriating. I called just before noon about an urgent matter, and the initial receptionist was kind and suggested calling back at 2 PM to secure an afternoon slot, potentially arranging any necessary referrals. When I called at 2 o'clock and was second in the queue, the receptionist who answered was shockingly unprofessional. I detailed my situation, and she coldly responded, "I have no availability today. Did you send pictures? Can't you just call Monday?" I explained I couldn't photograph my own back and was never asked to do so, and that I was previously instructed to request an afternoon appointment. Her lack of empathy, compassion, and basic customer service skills was appalling. Now I'm left waiting for a GP callback, which I'm not optimistic about happening promptly.

Dr Mount and Dr Blare demonstrate exceptional care, making me feel completely secure. The surgical team is clearly dedicated and compassionate, even when facing challenging circumstances. The facility is immaculately maintained, and the waiting area features a charming central courtyard with a fish pond where patients can find a moment of tranquility and distraction.

Terrible medical centre with awful patient care

Absolute worst medical facility I've encountered. Their blood test hours are absurdly limited, closing at 11:45 sharp. My GP appointment wait was incredibly frustrating, taking over three weeks to schedule. The reception staff seem completely disinterested, more focused on munching on sweets and chatting among themselves than providing any meaningful service. Anyone genuinely concerned about their well-being should steer clear of this incompetent healthcare centre!

Frustrating delays and unresponsive medical service nightmare

A few weeks back, my infant needed a stool sample test... After submitting the sample, I initially received guidance that results would arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Upon waiting that period, I was then informed the turnaround would extend to 7 to 10 working days, which I again patiently endured. Now, 13 working days have passed, and for the past three days, I've been attempting to reach their results line—which is absurdly only accessible between 10am and 1pm, with the surgery closed from 12 to 2pm, effectively creating a mere two-hour contact window. I've wasted an entire hour trying to connect with someone, only to have my calls automatically terminated after a frustrating five-minute hold. The sheer unprofessionalism displayed by this medical practice is utterly unacceptable and deeply frustrating.

Returning to a fantastic doctors center

After being a patient at this medical center for 4 years, I relocated. Upon returning to the area 5 years later, I re-registered and was delighted to find everything remained largely unchanged, with my fantastic doctor, Dr. Martha, still practicing there. The waiting area is roomy and appointments typically run close to schedule. A unique feature is the charming indoor pond with live fish, seemingly integrated into the building's design, which is fully visible from the waiting room. Patients can even step out and enjoy watching the fish while waiting - a delightful touch! The personnel are consistently courteous and supportive. These factors make my medical visits genuinely enjoyable. My sincere appreciation to the practice.
