Dismissed mental health concerns without proper support

The medical professionals at this practice do not appear to take mental health concerns seriously. I experience significant difficulties that I feel are not being adequately addressed, and I have been referred elsewhere as the practice does not provide certain treatments. I find this approach disappointing for a healthcare facility.

Practice refused to see seriously unwell patient

Possibly one of the poorest practices in the area. My daughter lives extremely close to the facility, yet when she experienced a serious medical episode for the second time within a fortnight, she was still directed to contact the non-emergency medical line rather than being seen in person. Given her proximity to the practice, I felt she could have been examined directly. This approach to care was deeply disappointing.
