In a previous interaction, a receptionist had been able to assist me with the NHS app, but I had to remind this particular staff member of this option. The receptionists often seem to adopt a defensive stance, which is frustrating given the impractical nature of the surgery's policies. Overall, the level of patient service is deeply unsatisfactory, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued as a patient.
