Frustrating patient portal with zero communication

Their web portal is currently non-functional, preventing me from updating my recent weight and BMI, which have notably increased over the past few months. As a result, I've been forced to send an email to their administrative contact, but despite a week passing, I've received absolutely no acknowledgment or response. The update hasn't appeared in my NHS app either, suggesting no one has even reviewed my communication. My current circumstances also prevent me from addressing this in person. I'm seriously contemplating switching healthcare providers due to this complete lack of responsiveness.

Frustrating wait and unhelpful medical service nightmare

I was summoned to the clinic for an appointment, but after cooling my heels for nearly half an hour, I approached the front desk, only to be told to wait some more. Eventually, a physician called me in, but instead of providing care, they informed me that I shouldn't be seen due to their own administrative error and communication mix-up. The doctor essentially dismissed me, merely requesting another urine sample and seemingly eager to send me away without addressing my concerns.

Unprofessional nurse missed critical blood pressure concerns

The nurse was pleasant, but when I requested her to check my blood pressure during our interaction, she claimed not to have a device. I mentioned that my reading was elevated when I used the machine outside on Saturday. She advised me to retake it after a brief rest, but it remained high. I felt she should have been more attentive and fetched a machine to measure my blood pressure properly. In contrast, the staff at Boots in Sunbury were thorough and listened to my concerns. They found my blood pressure to be normal. The fact that my readings were consistently much higher on your machine across four attempts is disappointing.
