Absolutely terrible medical practice with zero responsiveness. I've been attempting to schedule a consultation for over ten weeks, and I'm still unable to connect with anyone from their office. The level of frustration is unbelievable, and their communication is completely nonexistent.

Endless Wait for a Simple Chest Infection Call

I attempted to schedule a consultation or receive a callback regarding my diagnosed chest infection. After enduring a frustrating wait of nearly two hours, the call was abruptly disconnected. Forced to restart the process, I was greeted by the same repetitive message about being in a queue. I'm left wondering about the staffing levels of this practice. The constant pre-recorded excuses for unanswered calls are tiresome. Their customer service is completely inadequate, and the online reviews seem to validate my negative experience.

Terrible practice for service

This practice is terrible on almost all counts. Getting an appointment with any GP (even though there are 10) is almost impossible. Waiting times on the phone are upwards of 1.5 hours, often to no avail. Their process for dealing with repeat prescriptions is non existent. A request whether in person or by phone is almost always unactioned without several follow up requests and in most cases a physical visit to reception. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience since joining the surgery over three years ago.

Endless Waiting for a Simple Prescription Refill

Repeatedly experiencing phone wait times exceeding 60 minutes when attempting to refill a prescription. I've been without my medication for seven consecutive days because I cannot connect with anyone. As a student currently at home for the summer, I'm unable to physically visit the pharmacy to resolve this issue. Moreover, I've never been provided with login credentials or instructions for their automated ordering system or the NHS app. The service is completely unacceptable.

Waited Over an Hour for No Appointment

This general practitioner is the worst in the entire UK. They put you on hold for over 30 minutes and then make you wait an additional hour without scheduling an appointment. As a result, we are patients who are switching to another GP. Their reputation will start to decline from today, and we encourage others to leave them. They deserve zero stars and should be reported for their poor service.

The entire medical team, from the physician to the nursing staff and radiography professionals, collaborated seamlessly, ensuring a streamlined and anxiety-free experience. Furthermore, their mail-based certificate delivery service is incredibly practical, eliminating the need for additional travel. What's more, their TB test pricing is more competitive than other UK government-approved facilities. For anyone requiring a TB test, I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

Terrible Medical Screening at Shady Clinic

This medical screening facility is absolutely terrible, particularly for immigration-related examinations. Their X-ray process seems designed to generate unfavorable outcomes, and the medical staff demonstrate a shocking lack of professionalism. I strongly caution anyone against using their services if you want to avoid a negative result. Moreover, £90 mysteriously disappeared from my bank account after I provided my payment card information. The entire experience was utterly deplorable. I sincerely hope this establishment gets shut down. To make matters worse, the reception staff are incredibly discourteous. I repeatedly contacted them requesting my medical report, yet they consistently delayed sending it for days. My unequivocal recommendation to everyone is to steer clear of this place.

My spouse and I successfully booked same-day consultations. She met with a general practitioner while I consulted a pharmacist. Both encounters were productive. The medical facility appears to have undergone recent enhancements. However, their approach to supporting patients with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis falls short of the recommended National Institute for Health and Care Excellence standards.
