Great medical care at harbour practice
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I'm astounded by the negative feedback surrounding the Harbour Medical Practice. In my experience, they have been absolutely exceptional. Abysmal customer service from the front desk personnel, who display a complete lack of empathy and frequently exhibit rude, disinterested behavior. Patient care has deteriorated to an unacceptable level. It's deeply disappointing to see a once-reputable clinic fall so far. Terrible medical practice with unhelpful and dismissive doctors
The most atrocious medical facility I've ever dealt with. In seven years, I've had merely a handful of satisfactory interactions. Scheduling appointments or receiving any communication is practically unattainable. The only redeeming quality is the nursing staff, who prevent this practice from being a complete catastrophe. It's an absolute organizational mess and widely recognized as the most dysfunctional medical practice in Sussex. On one particular instance, despite having consulted a specialist in London and completed comprehensive testing, they obstinately refused to acknowledge the diagnosis until I challenged them to correspond directly with the consultant. The physicians consistently adopt a condescending attitude, attempting to intimidate patients into submission, and they uniformly recite identical rehearsed statements, indicating clear scripted coaching. As a medical professional myself, though not a general practitioner, I find their approach deeply unprofessional.

Terrible healthcare service that fails patients completely
Absolutely terrible experience. The medical practice's service is abysmal, and getting an appointment with a doctor is incredibly difficult. I've already escalated my concerns to the manager, but it seems they're completely ineffective. When I called regarding my elderly mother's situation, they callously suggested calling paramedics, which was completely unnecessary. To make matters worse, they recently informed me that a referral to Eastbourne General isn't possible, and I'd need to travel to a hospital an hour away. This is unacceptable. I'm definitely switching medical practices due to their incompetence and lack of patient care.

Lifesaver karen yates rescues terrible medical practice
Two words... Dr. Karen Yates! Without her, I'm convinced this medical practice would have shut its doors! The front desk personnel are (for the most part!) brusque and discourteous. Securing an appointment is a nightmare, irrespective of your age (even for young kids), and when you finally manage to book one, prepare to sit and wait for an hour past your scheduled time! This holds true even for early morning slots! I've never encountered a medical office quite like this one!

Terrible service at eastbourne medical practice
This medical practice in Eastbourne is absolutely dreadful. I scheduled an urgent consultation for my 8-month-old grandson, with the appointment set for noon, but we weren't seen by the physician until 1 PM. Not only was there an excessive delay, but they didn't even have the decency to offer a simple apology. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this clinic. Even a single star rating seems overly generous for such subpar service.

I previously used this medical practice, but after being caught in a car accident and temporarily stranded in Eastbourne, I found their appointment process frustratingly complicated. It seemed like an endless cycle of paperwork, requiring me to jump through multiple administrative hoops and arrive early in the morning just to request a potential future appointment. In contrast, when I called the Lighthouse Surgery on Milfoil Drive, they offered a much smoother experience. I'm scheduled to go tomorrow morning, fill out the necessary form, and see a doctor immediately afterward. The difference is night and day - no comparison at all!

I struggle with mental health challenges, and this medical practice has abandoned me over the weekend without my crucial mental health medication. I find some of the reception staff to be insensitive and dismissive of my mental health needs. As a result, I'm switching healthcare providers because their approach is exacerbating my mental health struggles.
