Morning reception attitude needs improvement
Apart from the receptionist who works the early morning shift and whose demeanor I found quite off-putting, I would rate this practice very highly. However, I cannot give it top marks while this staff member is present. She appears to overstep her role by attempting to determine whether patients should see a doctor or a nurse, rather than simply facilitating appointments.

The clinical team, nursing staff, and reception personnel were all very helpful and pleasant. They make genuine efforts to address any issues as quickly as they are able to. This medical facility has not met my expectations, and I felt the care provided was inadequate. I found the reception staff to be unhelpful and dismissive, and I was disappointed with how my concerns were handled. The clinical assessments did not address my needs effectively, and I felt my symptoms were not properly understood. The waiting times were also considerably longer than I would have hoped for. I do not plan to return to this practice.
