Have needed an urgent appointment twice. Rang at 8am and got appointments that day on both occasions. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The appointment was on time. I felt my issues and concerns were listened to, and the course of treatment explained thoroughly. A follow up appointment was made, and a couse of action was decided upon that I was happy with. All in all the experience was a positive one, from the initial telephone call, to the treatment. Very courteous and considerate staff

Dr. Abraham's side of this practice is completely useless. He pays no attention to what patients say and seems eager to rush you out. In the 20 years I've been coming here, I've only visited a handful of times, and only when absolutely necessary. If the rating system allowed zero stars, I would choose that—the service is utterly abysmal.

I absolutely must express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful receptionist I encountered yesterday (if only I could recall her name). She made every effort to secure an appointment for me, despite the seeming impossibility, and when that wasn't feasible, she committed to having a doctor contact me. However, my phone service was disrupted, so I borrowed a phone to update her. She then advocated on my behalf with the physician and successfully arranged my antibiotic prescription. She could have easily dismissed my situation, but instead she went above and beyond. My sincere thanks once again 🙏😊
