Receptionists ignored me while chatting

The staff at Dr Ibrahim's practice demonstrate subpar interpersonal communication and a distinct lack of empathy towards patients. Their interactions frequently come across as dismissive and harsh, particularly when patients are expressing legitimate health-related anxieties. This unprofessional behavior has been a recurring issue. There have been multiple instances where patients are left waiting at the reception desk while the staff members prioritize socializing, enjoying refreshments, and chatting among themselves. The overall demeanor of the reception team appears unwelcoming and unhelpful, creating a distinctly uncomfortable environment for patients seeking medical assistance.

Glad i stuck with my local practice

I've been a patient at this medical practice for an extended period, and after some of the original physicians transitioned to other clinics or retired, I was skeptical about the continued quality of care. Initially, scheduling appointments became quite challenging, and I was seriously considering switching to a different healthcare provider. However, I must acknowledge the significant positive changes in recent months. Wait times have dramatically reduced, same-day appointments are now readily available, and they offer extended hours to accommodate those with demanding work schedules. The reception team is exceptionally friendly, and the practice nurses and doctors are equally welcoming. I'm truly impressed with the improvements and grateful we decided to remain with this practice. My sincere appreciation to the entire team.

Truly exceptional. Booking an appointment is a breeze, with availability either on the same day or within a very short timeframe. The administrative team is incredibly courteous and efficient, managing the practice brilliantly, and the medical professionals I've encountered are absolutely outstanding representatives of the NHS. An absolutely top-notch practice!
