Disappointed after decades of loyalty

Quality of service has seriously deteriorated compared to pre-pandemic times. Some employees display a notably unprofessional attitude and demonstrate minimal compassion or consideration towards patients. I'm now seriously evaluating my continued relationship with this practice (following the Practice Manager's suggestion), despite having been a patient for over four decades!

Poor practice with doctors that are willing to be rude, disrespectful and refuse toanswer genuine questions, ie efficacy of medication pushed on you.

Rude doctor and unhelpful staff at clinic

Absolutely dreadful healthcare experience. Impossible to secure an in-person consultation, they consistently misinterpret medical conditions and maintain incorrect patient records, even when directly requested to make corrections. Their management is unresponsive to critical concerns. The lead physician demonstrates an arrogant and dismissive attitude. The sole redeeming quality is the consistently pleasant demeanor of the nursing staff during blood draw appointments.

Appendix surgery saved me in greece

I suffered from persistent abdominal discomfort and suspected appendicitis. My general practitioner, Dr. Ciobanu, and the NHS healthcare system failed to identify the issue. They conducted various tests but found nothing, though I recognize that diagnosing appendicitis can be challenging. During a trip to my home country of Greece for work and family visits, the pain intensified. The medical team there immediately performed surgery and removed my appendix. Within days of the procedure, the pain completely disappeared! I'm convinced that Dr. Ciobanu is a physician who performs only the bare minimum without showing extra dedication. She didn't even prescribe basic pain medication, and I had to pursue every aspect of my medical care proactively. While Haverfield Surgery's reception staff are commendable, their medical professionals leave much to be desired.

Rude receptionist ruined my vaccine call

I reached out regarding a COVID vaccine concern, only to be met with unprofessional behavior from the receptionist. When I attempted to complete my thought, she abruptly told me not to speak over her, despite the fact that she had already cut me off mid-sentence. Had she simply allowed me to finish, there would have been no need for interruption. Her approach was dismissive and frustrating. Unsatisfactory service.
