Poor communication and lost records left me unsupported

The practice demonstrated poor communication throughout my interactions. Emails went unanswered when I required help retrieving missing records and submitting a request to the NHS. A work-related document was initially not provided without any notification, and I only discovered this after following up by phone a week later. When I requested an appointment, it was not arranged. The practice completed a form on my behalf without seeking any input from me, and subsequently indicated that no medical history was on file, which appeared to be connected to the missing records issue. Overall, the service fell short of expected professional standards, and I have since transferred to another practice.

Receptionists were dismissive and unhelpful throughout

I have never encountered a medical practice that appears to be run less effectively than this one. The front desk staff come across as unpleasant and frequently display poor attitudes. Their telephone manner is particularly disappointing, and it seems they would benefit from additional training despite their length of service. I would strongly advise against registering with this practice, as my overall experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. I have actively encouraged those close to me to seek care elsewhere.

Reception staff didn't listen to my concerns

The clinical team deserves high marks, but the front desk staff fall significantly short. They appear to operate with minimal consideration for the needs of callers, treating patient concerns as a low priority. Unfortunately, this approach appears to be reflective of wider issues across many practices.

Friendly staff helped us quickly when visiting

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team at this practice for their assistance when my family member required urgent care during a recent trip away. We were able to receive an appointment promptly, even though we arrived without a prior booking and were not registered locally. The reception staff demonstrated genuine warmth and helpfulness throughout our visit, and the clinician who saw us provided excellent care. I am very appreciative of the support we received.
