I firmly believe this level of service falls significantly below the expected standards for healthcare professionals. Switching medical practices was one of the most significant decisions I've made in my life, after being with my previous surgery for around 20 years. My current healthcare provider is exponentially superior to Hazeldene. (I won't specify the name.) Interestingly, recent online reviews seem to contradict my personal experience, as well as my wife's, who is equally delighted after following me to this new practice. My advice is simple: if something doesn't feel right, even after many years, changing medical practices is no more complicated than switching pharmacies. And I emphasized that I was a patient at this practice for two decades, with multiple healthcare needs. The Practice Manager's response suggests she claims no knowledge of me. The most unprofessional medical practice I've encountered essentially abandoned me after the council placed me in temporary housing. Simply because I was no longer in their immediate geographical zone, they unceremoniously removed me from their patient list, leaving me without any medical care. Hazeldene Medical Centre's treatment of someone classified as homeless is disgraceful, and I fully intend to switch to a different practice once I secure a more stable living situation.
