Worst customer service ever wasted my time

Switched to this location after my previous branch shut down. Spent an exhausting 35 minutes on hold, with the last 12 minutes stuck as the next in line. The service is nearly as terrible as Failsworth was before they were shut down.

Utterly appalling service from this medical practice, consistently mishandling my husband's appointments and medications. The physicians show zero concern until a formal complaint is filed. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have done so without hesitation.

Frustrating phone system wastes precious time

Here's a bit of constructive feedback: the system needs a direct number selection feature so callers can skip through multiple listings and quickly reach their desired option. Additionally, there should be a dedicated cancellation line. I've been stuck on hold for half an hour just trying to cancel an appointment, which explains why people often don't bother to cancel and why missed appointments are so common. Nobody has that kind of time to spare.

Medication mix-up nightmare leaves patient frustrated

My medical care experience was absolutely subpar. During my routine check-up, my prescription was mysteriously altered without any explanation or notification. Upon visiting the pharmacy, I was provided with incorrect medication. When I pointed out the error, I was simply told to refer back to my GP. The medical practice apologized and claimed they would rectify the mistake. However, returning to the pharmacy resulted in being given the same incorrect medication again, with instructions to consult my GP. Multiple phone calls yielded identical promises of correction, yet nothing changed. The pharmacy staff began to recognize me as the patient struggling with medication errors. Eventually, I was forced to physically visit the practice to ensure the prescription was properly corrected. When I mentioned that I had been without my necessary medication for over a week, the response was a dismissive and indifferent "oh well."

My child has been unwell and bedridden following his discharge from the quarantine facility at Heathrow Airport on August 1st. After numerous attempts to reach out to the National Health Service and the medical practice, we have received no response regarding scheduling an additional ultrasound examination. The clinic appears completely indifferent, consistently ignoring my email communications seeking assistance for my son's medical situation.

Most of the employees are excellent, particularly those at the front desk, but certain physicians display a noticeable lack of dedication. They appear to be fabricating phone interactions or intentionally marking calls as missed. Additionally, they have been known to provide inaccurate information.

Frustrating and ineffective booking system nightmare

The booking platform is extremely inadequate. The online Mjog application operates unidirectionally and prevents communication back to the medical practice. SMS text messages are non-interactive and cannot be responded to. I was unable to schedule my flu vaccination because the system erroneously displayed an incorrect birthdate (which is beyond my control, and it's absurd that the system's error prevents me from booking).

Hazeldene mp journey through healthcare nightmare

I relied on the Hazeldene MP throughout the 18 years our son Brandon was growing up (diagnosed with autism after his initial vaccination) and reluctantly continued using it while waiting for a scan on my inflamed condition (March 2020), still pending a date. 😮 Relocated to Spain with an enlarged issue, but swelling subsiding. Visited a hospital in October 2020 for a scan and received a diagnosis within days, yet still uncertain about potential surgery or antibiotics for brain lesions? Feeling like a second-class citizen in the UK due to my skin color 😮 - this seems like a crime against humanity, though not strictly about race, but who am I to challenge the system? Just another victim of Cough19, or as I call it, Flu 2.0 second wave farce. Where has people's critical thinking disappeared?

Terrible surgery with frustrating booking and minimal care

The medical practice is a complete disaster, starting with their absurd and incompetent appointment scheduling. The morning booking process is a nightmare - you must call precisely at 8am, only to be placed on hold, and by 8:20am, all daily slots are already exhausted. If you're still waiting on the line at that point, you're out of luck and must attempt again the next day. It's astonishing that despite numerous complaints about this monumentally ineffective booking system, the surgery makes no effort to improve. Appointments are virtually never available outside standard working hours, forcing patients to repeatedly take time off work - an incredibly inconvenient situation, especially when multiple consultations are required. Each GP interaction leaves me feeling they've done the absolute minimum, merely checking off bureaucratic boxes before rushing me out. I consistently feel unheard and unconvinced that they genuinely comprehend my medical concerns. The reception staff are inconsistent - occasionally helpful, but often as disappointing as the doctors themselves. My recommendation is simple: steer clear of this surgery entirely. As I have done, seek out a more competent medical practice.
